Very good apartments! Excellent location: in the best area of Marrakech, from where it is easy to get to everything a traveler might need. Within walking distance there are many cafes, currency exchange, Carrefour store, not far from the medina and the Majorelle Garden. The presence of parking is just +100: no problems where to leave the car. The apartment itself has a spacious bright living room / kitchen and a bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is excellent: everything works properly and is very convenient.
Hakim is a very kind and pleasant person!
If we are in Marrakech again, we will definitely stay here!

Excellent apartment. Cleanliness and quality of decor and furniture is second to none. Felt like 5 star. Also quiet and very comfortable. All amenities of kitchen including washing machine. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom areas. Bathroom and shower very clean.
Location is in the new city area which means it's about a 40 min walk away from the medina and old city areas. However it also means it's close to many restaurants and cafes.
Overall we were very happy with our stay.
