This is the worst hotel reservation I have ever made! The first floor of the hotel smelled musty, and the facilities were old and worn out. The waiter's attitude was OK and he helped us change rooms. Not much else to say, let’s just take a look.

The riad was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was situated just off the main square, within an extremely short walk to the souks and many restaurants and cafe terraces. Our room was small, basic but everything we needed with a good, hot shower. The staff were polite, very welcoming and helpful. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every day. We booked a really enjoyable trip to Ouika Valley and waterfalls in the Atlas mountains through the hotel staff. The breakfasts were a set traditional menu but very adequate, with an extra special breakfast on our last day! We certainly would stay here again. Delightful!

Très beau Ryad au cœur de Marrakech, personnel adorable et ultra serviable. Abdel nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse ainsi que la dame de la réception (mille excuses pour avoir oublié son prénom). Jolies chambres, simples mais fonctionnelles et bonne literie. Magnifique toit terrasse, réaménagé pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits, ce qui lui donne encore plus de charme. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct, par contre la demi pension n’est pas à conseiller…choix restreint et bien plus cher qu’en ville pour une qualité moyenne. J y reviendrai avec grand plaisir, l’ambiance presque familiale a contribué à nous faire passer un très bon séjour au cœur de cette ville incroyable. Merci à toute L’équipe du Ryad 🙏🏼😊✨

The location is good (although tricky to find on first arrival) and all of the staff were really good - very friendly and helpful. The riad is very clean. All of the public areas are attractive and in traditional style. Our room was in the annexe which is a second small riad close by the main hotel. There is a very short walk along a narrow passage way to get to it. The rooms here are simple and small. The shower room is cute and in traditional style but is in need of a bit of updating. The electric sockets were a bit temperamental- plug in one meant the next one went off!

Nous avons séjourné du 25/01 au 1/02/25 au Riad Flamme d'Orient & Spa à Marrakech🇲🇦. C'est un riad magnifique et nous avons pas été déçu. Le personnel très gentil, souriant, serviable et à l'écoute. Ce riad est très bien situé, 250 à 300 m de la célèbre place Jemaa El Fna. Tout est à proximité. Je recommande ce riad lorsque on est de passage à Marrakech. Nous avons pris un séjour avec un petit déjeuner (super) et pour manger, il faut découvrir les endroits insolites de Marrakech et sans oublier le soir pour manger ce que tu veux. Un grand merci à l'équipe du petit déjeuner, le personnel des chambres et sans oublier le personnel de l'accueil qui vous fait tout pour que notre séjour soit agréable et meilleur. J'y reviendrai. Deze Riad heeft na annulering ten onrechte het volledige bedrag afgeschreven. Hoewel ik in mijn recht sta en booking de riad ook hierop aangesproken heeft, geven ze niet thuis en storten ze het geld niet terug. Dit loopt al zeker 3 maanden. Ik heb nu de telefonische toezegging dat ik morgenavond eindelijk iets terughoor over mijn verzoek. Dit is werkelijk een schandalige gang van zaken. Wanneer ik morgen iets hoor en mijn geld teruggestort is, zal ik dit ook in deze beoordeling noemen.

The staff were so lovely, so welcoming and friendly. We felt the negative reviews are unfair on this rhiad. For the price you get a lovely clean room and satisfying breakfast in the morning to start your day. Finally got being in the centre of the chaos this rhiad is peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle. Absolute loved out stay and stand out to the staff who work there.

Staff were fantastic very helpful ! Even the cleaners amazing job !!! When we arrived we were told we weren’t staying there but down in another 5 min walk in a dark dirty alley ! We were so disappointed We were dropped off at a shell garage 5/10 walk from the raid and had to walk across a dark square with all our bags . A young boy about 18 if that came to meet us to take us down the dark lanes !! Beautiful staff can’t fault then at all Beds were just dreadful very poor
