The Riad Livia is one of the most beautiful hotels in Marrakech! We enjoyed our stay so much, especially due to the hospitality and the polite, nice and welcoming way of the staff! The rooms look exactly like on the pictures, are very clean and beautiful and the bathroom is also perfectly clean and equiped with everything you need! I can reccomend everyone to stay here, it was really a pleasure ☺️ Additionally, the breakfast is every day slightly different and tastes wonderfull!

I came with a friend that is a foreigner and he was just over the moon. We were welcomed by Mohamed who is polyglot (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German) who made sure we had a day-to-day plan. He shared with us all of the must-dos and proposed to accompany us anywhere we’d like. He also regularly checked in with us via text to make sure everything was going smoothly. In addition to the staff going the extra mile to make sure we had a great time in Marrakech, the place is stunning, authentic to typical Moroccan Riads with a superbe Rooftop, with 3 salons, and a pool. The rooms are really comfortable, with an all-equipped bathroom: really consistent with the overall quality of the place. The Riad offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with very affordable prices (as low as 2€ drinks). The fact there are only a few rooms makes it great for larger groups to have it for themselves. I could not recommend this place more, especially to foreigners, and plan on coming back ASAP.

We stayed here (unfortunately just) 1 night during our trip. It is located in the medina and close to many restaurants and walking distance to all interesting places and nightlife. The riad is just fantastic! It is like 1001 nights its romantic, comfortable, clean and the rooms are spacious and anything you need to feel royal. Bathrooma are large with bathtub, wonderful assesoiries (shower gel was amazingly scented), we had a large bedroom with stairs on each side to the bed it was like living like a queen and king! The courtyard is beautiful with trees and the terrace and sunsets are amazing! We were allowed to host our friends in the evening on the rooftop (who unfortunately didnt get a room at Doby as they tried but were too late) and they were just amazed as their riad was nothing like that! Personnel was amazingly friendly and helped us printing our boarding passes, gave recommendations where to eat, just lovely people! Breakfast was traditional, breads and marmelades, omlette, tea, coffee. We would have just stayed here for a week! Just to enjoy the riad! This is a real gem, I really want to just go back and enjoy time relaxing there this is really a must stay in Marrakech and on your Morocco trip (even if just for experiencing this riad!)

I have got to say that the Manager, Ali, was GREAT! So friendly and helpful, he took us in like we were family. My husband got sick during the night and Ali was there to provide help. He used to always greet us near the door and I think he made us love the riad. The rooms are clean and well kept and so is the toilet. The air conditioning was good as well. The only downside of the riad is its location as the neighbourhood was a little off. Other than that, no complains.

清潔で可愛らしい素敵なRiad！ 夜到着するとすぐにディナーへ案内してくれ、星空の下でリラックスしていただくお食事もとても美味しかったです！ 朝食もおしゃれなセッティング、朝から爽やかなおもてなしが嬉しいです。 オーナーさんはとても格好良いスペインのレディ、温かく迎えて下さいました。 エントランスホールはお花の香りがいっぱい。 おしゃれなクラフトウィンドウはマネージャーのAliさん自作☆☆ センスの良いインテリアに囲まれ、スタッフの皆様もとても親切で、 心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 お風呂やお手洗いもきれいで、お湯も安定しており、エアコン、wifiも快適です。アメニティのエキゾチックな香りも日本人には珍しくて楽しいポイントかも。 フナ広場へも楽に歩いて行ける距離、またマラケシュに行く時はぜひ利用したいです☆☆☆

It is located in the medina. Such good hospitality from Ali, the riad manager. Very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was elaborate. And they were willing to cook us what we asked for. They even gave us an app map to walk around the medina.
