Beautiful place with amazing staff! It’s located in the old town, which can be quite chaotic and feels a little unsafe at night (even though it’s perfectly safe).

A lovely little riad just off the main drag making for easy access to all the main attractions.
The staff were all wonderful and so helpful, arranging airport transfers & walking us to/from the taxis.
The room was clean & very comfortable but a little worn in places.
A big shout out to Marwane, Youssef & Ghizlane, thank you for making our first trip to Marrakesh so memorable!

An amazing stay !
Wow, what an amazing experience at the Grand Riad and Spa. The whole team were so welcoming and genuine and always on hand to offer advice. The Riad itself is beautiful and located close to all the attractions. Breakfast included fresh fruit and local breads which were so tasty! Overall, a great introduction to Marrakesh !

Très contente de cet hébergement partagé avec mes 2 petites filles. Chambres confortables, petits déjeuners et diners appréciés. Je remercie tout particulièrement Ghizlane, très à l'écoute et très efficace. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour au Grand Riad and Spa.

Gratamente sorprendido con el GRAN RIAD AND SPA. La habitación maravillosa, el desayuno increíble y muy variado. Cumplió mis expectativas. Lo que también lo hace muy especial es su PERSONAL. Un trato familiar, servicial y muy amable. Hacen que te sientas como "En casa". Y el Riad es mejor allí que en las fotografías, es realmente precioso.
