Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive

We’ve been here before as a couple, it was obviously newer then but it has held up. They try and keep everything clean which is nice. Some rooms may need updates as some mould in showers and toilet smelt like a drain. The shuttle bus was great to the market, although would be nice if there was more availability Food was good, quality could be a bit better but still nice Kids enjoyed themselves although they could have done better activities in kids club to counteract windy conditions. The restaurant is really nice, shows where the quality is rather than in buffet, but I understand. I would go again and recommend

This hotel was amazing. Really clean, food was superb and staff are really friendly in particular to our younger children. Entertainment was good and lots going on. The free bus to Marrakesh was superb, always on time and has aircon! Marrakesh was great but a bit crazy you just need to be strong and say no firmly and you will be fine. Lots of culture. Overall a superb experience. Seen some recent reviews re clearness of pool water, I must have clearer vision as I never saw this issue? However if I’m being constructive the sun bed situation seemed to be an issue, we got up early so was fine but saw many arrivals or who didn’t get up not being able to fine beds. Finally would definitely recommend a duplex room very well played out for a family

We recently stayed at the Be Live Experience Hotel from the end of June for 11 nights and can't fault this hotel in anyway. We were a big family of 14 with 4 kids included. We got delayed on our flight and never got into the hotel until 00:30 and the staff had advised that they had left water and food in the room for us which was nice as the kids were hungry by the time we got to the hotel. The reception also offered us a card for a contact to deliver McDonald's or KFC etc to the hotel as you message your order on WhatsApp and they deliver (our order took an hour and a half and a few items missing which wasn't great but not the hotels fault) The Restaurant The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, they were all so vigilant and noticed if your drink was nearly finished and they quickly filled it up and cleared a table for you and catered to our big family. All very chatty staff. The food was really good at times, a good selection for the adults and the kids. Breakfast wasn't as great a selection but the omelette's were really good. If you missed breakfast at 10 you could get an omelette at the pool bar up until 12 which was good as the kids liked a lie in sometimes. The pool Decent sized pool with a smaller kids pool behind it with 2 small flumes which kept the kids entertained. Well thought out design of the pool with a smaller inside ledge so you could sit easily in the water and just chill. The rooms Decent sized rooms with plenty of pillows and a comfy bed and very good air conditioning as when we were there it was 47° at times and the room remained cool. Big shower / toilet facility. We had an adjoining room into the in laws room which was good for the kids to go between etc. the rooms were cleaned everyday if you wanted it and fresh towels and water delivered. The entertainment We watched a few of the shows by the pool and at the amphitheatre which were good. Wee Pichu steals the show as he has 100% energy all the time even when performing or just walking about the hotel. The kids club was good but our kids get bored a bit and just wanted to play by the pool or chill in the room instead. The other entertainment staff are really good and get people involved and chat away all day to you. There is Aqua-aroebics, darts, table tennis and other fun games to do during the day. I attended the gyms most days as it was quite hot outside but the gym facilities were really good too. The staff The staff are what make this hotel, what it is and they are a credit to the hotel. The bar staff Houssni, Yousef, Abdel and Omar couldn't do enough for us and they interacted well with the kids also. Along with the entertainment staff of Pichu, sports manager (cant remember his name) The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and do it all with a smile on their face. The reception staff were so helpful with any of our requests for busses down to the Medina and arranging pick ups for us too. The cleaning staff are constantly working on rooms or toilets wi
