We spent 5 nights at Riad Elisa. EVERYONE who works there is friendly and kind. Lobnah, one of the managers, went out of her way multiple times to ensure we knew where to go when on foot, and always arranged transportation when necessary. She called and made several reservations. Mohammed at the restaurant always greeted us with a friendly smile and was very attentive throughout our meals. The rooms were pretty, clean and comfortable. AC worked great. Wonderful location with good restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hammam were wonderful.

it was a very special experience. i asked my girlfriend if she wanted to marry me in the hotel. the staff made it very special in middle with lots of rose petals and a private spot for us on the roof terrace it rained super hard but we were perfectly dry. all around everything perfectly arranged by the staff!

Really lovely riad perfectly located just inside the medina. The riad itself is beautiful and peaceful. We had massages in the spa which were good. The room was a good size with nice bathroom and large comfy bed. The view from the roof is fantastic. It wasn’t warm enough for the pool but I imagine in warmer months it would be wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was made and room tidied beautifully every day. Would highly recommend.

Riad Elisa made our trip unforgettable! Everything was arranged for us down to the last detail and it was ensured that we lacked nothing. We didn't miss anything and were completely pampered. The bed slept wonderfully, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was all very friendly and Loubna is the sweetest woman. We felt very welcome. We would recommend everyone to book this riat. The location is ideal, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and surprising every day. The spa was also great. We had a traditional hammam followed by a relaxing massage. After this we felt reborn and completely relaxed. We enjoyed every moment. If more stars existed, we'd give them. Thanks again for all the good care and you will see us again soon!

Great stay: very friendly staff, nice, quiet & comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, lovely spa & hamman, and top location! The reception was very helpful with the organisation of the different excursions and sorting out the logistics. Can recommend Riad Elisa!

Très bon moment en couple avec la formule hamac et massage. Hind a été super pour le massage qui était très agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix! Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux personnes en visite à Marrakech et en quête d'un moment de détente.
