Very good hotel with quiet swimming pool and swimming pool atmosphere.
Room with pool view ok, the people at the hotel are excellent, attentive when there is a problem.

The breakfast is good I don't understand why they say club because no entertainment or show etc. I don't recommend I won't go back there again
The price is too much for the service, location and comfort etc…

It was my a worst hotel I’ve been booked. No complimentary water & the room was so dirty & smelly. The staff was not approachable.

Heating did not work so we were very cold, and the last two days the shower was no longer warm. Staff is also friendly.

Same buffet every day. No tickets on the food you don’t know what you’re eating. Lines to get to the buffet, not enough tables to sit to eat. The hotel need to be maintained. Mahmoud at the animation was nice. They do serve alcohol. Not the brands but the local ones, beer, wine, whiskey etc
Will never go back there. But experience.
House keeping Kaltoum was nice and helpful.
The waiters at the buffet don’t clean after you, they only clean after you if you tip them then they remember you and take care of you no tip no service at the bar or restaurant buffet

Came to this hotel for 7 nights all inclusive, and it was the best possible experience. The rooms were extremely big with a beautiful view. The daily room cleaning was exceptional. Food and drinks were great, and the barman Said gave impeccable service. All hotel staff were lovely including Ahmed who was extremely helpful and gave amazing advice on where to explore in Marrakech. The pools are lovely, fresh and clean, the hotels scenery was beautiful and so well looked after. Amazing location with taxis on hand at all times, and a short trip into the city centre. Will absolutely be visiting this hotel on my next to Marrakech.

Napisałam 2 dni temu (18 marca2025) bardzo pochlebną recenzję dla SPA w hotelu Club Paradisio, a dziś przeczytałam w niej same bzdury, które albo tłumaczył elektroniczny translator, albo ktoś kto nie zna polskiego. W takim wypadku odechciewa się pisania recenzji, bo są tak bezsensownie przekształcone, że nic z nich nie wynika i są wręcz obraźliwe dla inteligencji piszącego. Proszę o usunięcie mojej wcześniejszej recenzji lub zamieszczenie jej w pierwotnej wersji. Małgorzata
