Ho prenotato questo Riad per trascorrere il capodanno. Purtroppo abbiamo subito un lutto di un genitore e non possiamo più partire. Nonostante le innumerevoli chiamate tramite Booking e messaggi diretti, mi hanno addebitato più del 50% dell’importo senza nemmeno possibilità di inviare alcun certificato. Trovo il comportamento non all’altezza di una struttura ricettiva. Vera

For the first Riad I ever stayed in it was very good experience plus it had a lift breakfast was okay no lunch or dinner but the place was nice and bright and clean. You get what you pay for. The Guy at the front desk was very helpful. We had an evening flight check out was at 12 pm, but he we can a bit longer at no extra cost very good Guy thank you

Lovely little riad located in a great location in the medina. Easy to move around and no limited access to go in and out. We drove by car and the parking is close by. We parking attendant actually overcharged us and the manager went back to get a refund. Well done on the extra effort. The staff are superb and really go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable . Thank you for looking after us!

A spectacular place, the best Riad of the entire trip. The staff was wonderful at all times, very attentive, willing to teach us words and customs, always reminding us that we could use the pool and spa (which we did, wonderful). One of the days we had an excursion, they prepared breakfast for us ahead of time so that we wouldn't leave with an empty belly (copious and very delicious breakfasts). As for the room, it was located on the top floor of the Riad (it had an elevator) and was very spacious and pleasant. In addition, it had a large terrace and the option of going up some stairs and accessing another terrace with a panoramic view (very nice). On the last day our flight left at night and they made it easy for us to leave our suitcases at the Riad all day and they even printed our boarding passes. They allow payment by card in both MAD and euros. Cleaning is excellent, towels changed every day. It was nice to get to the room. Unbeatable treatment!

Finely decorated Riad, with spacious and confortable rooms. Excellent bed! Very well located just few minutes from Jemaa el Fnaa and Bahia Palace. Amazing home made breakfast. Azzedine, Aziz and Aziza are welcoming and friendly and let us feel at home. Azzedine supported also with good advise on restaurants and sites to visit. Great experience!

We spent 4 nights there. The room is large and spacious, very clean with all the services described in the booking: air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, clean towels, minibar and more. We should underline the kindness and helpfulness of the staff who welcomed us very warmly right from the start and who helped us during our stay in Marrakech. At least one dinner at the Riad is highly recommended: truly excellent!!

Azi was a very welcoming gentleman on reception and catered for your every need. He was good in advising what trips to do, and his knowledge of Marrakesh was second to none. He was so helpful in supporting us three friends when we had an incident with the airline. The Riad was beautiful very traditional in character and a comfortable stay. Mr Azeem served breakfast with a friendliness talking to everyone. I feel Azi is the face of this Riad and deserves all the increments that goes with that from the owners.

I recommend. Welcoming staff, very friendly and attentive to customers. Impeccable hygiene: towels changed every day. Hearty and varied breakfast. We only had lunch there but were extremely satisfied. Well organized activities offered. Riad to recommend because very well located. We will return without hesitation.
