As a hotel in the ancient city, everything is pretty good, there will be welcome desserts (although very sweet is a local specialty). The overall house is in Moroccan style, so the bathroom is relatively simple. The free breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. But one thing is that the blanket on the bed felt a little unclean, but everything else was great.

We had the most wonderful stay! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the ambiance charming and the location cannot be beat!

Pros: The staff was very attentive and responsive, the location was great (in the heart of restaurants, shops, etc.), and our family room comfortably slept 4 adults. Cons: The decor seemed a little tired in person (online photos are great), and there was a nail salon in the courtyard, which distracted from it's vibe.

This was such a lovely riad. Very friendly staff, really comfortable bed and a lovely rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.

Moroccan hospitality in world class!
Had a lovely stay here, everything as described was on point. Intimate and beautifully decorated rooms to make you comfortable. The staff was amazing, they should be working for an elite hotel company. Serviceminded and lovely people. The staff is the Riad here and not opposite. Will be coming back, boys. No doubt about the morroccan hospitality!!

Magnifique Riad !
Logement très beau et très bien situé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Petit bémol pour la climatisation un peu bruyante pour les nuits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et la terrasse très bien aménagée. Et le bassin sur les toits un gros plus pour les journées d'été !

What you book is not what you get
Nice Riad close to the main square and souks with a comfortable room but service from reception staff very poor and at times, could be very rude and weren’t able to help with any problems or queries stating they were new to the Riad. Plunge pool is not a plunge pool but more of a paddling pool so don’t be fooled if you’re expecting to submerse yourself in water in the Moroccan heat. The air condition was very old and kept me up all night, I felt I was trying to sleep on a construction site. I have only given the Bliss a reasonable review due to the location
