Hilton Goa Resort

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style, and the breathtaking views from the window added to the overall charm. Every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing amenities, contributed to an unforgettable stay.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at Hilton Resort Goa. The level of service was truly unparalleled. I would like to specifically mention Kajal and Zodini for going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set a new standard for hospitality.

The staff at the hotel from the time of arrival till checkout was really polite and very helpful. Housekeeping staff is excellent kind and helpful. Especially Golu and Abhijit. The breakfast spread especially the South Indian dishes were made really well. Overall a very nice property for a getaway.

All things and services are very nice like cleaning staff n room dining n all and whole staff is so co operative. Specially Sahadat n Suraj from staff are good n we had nice experience over all . Room balcony view is superb and so relaxing. Even we enjoyed sunset from balcony also over all very very good experience

Hilton is one of my recommended place to stay if it comes for a family vacation. Had a great experience this time as well on a 4 days goa trip. Special thanks to Shadhibhan for helping with all our requests and great service. The rooms are clean and spacious.
