The service is not that good compared to other hotels at the reception. The pool is not clean and not central The games room is neglected And the rooms are not renovated and have a terrible smell. There is nowhere to go in the area except to order a taxi In short - cute because the rooms are huge!

NEED SOME IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE LIKE HOUSE KEEPING ETC. Otherwise property is very nice and suit with jacuzzi room is spacious and nice.. Reeta and Akshita are very good in management also loundry head person Ramashish is given us quick service.

I recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Candolim and had an outstanding experience. I would like to especially mention Reeti Dubey, Puja Pathak, Akshita, Deepak, Debeswar, and Bhargav Gogoi for being extremely professional and excellent throughout my visit. Not only these individuals, but every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The hospitality was so remarkable that I received 7-star treatment in a 5-star hotel. For the first time, I truly experienced what it means to be recognized as a Platinum member. Every team member went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Because of this exceptional service, I will always choose to stay at this property whenever I visit Goa. Highly recommended!
