環境：門口在修路，出門不太便捷，酒店怕影響客人休息，所以給陪了耳塞，還有致歉信，這點做得還不錯！
衞生：住了幾天，注意到衞生間的頭髮一直沒人打掃，就理解為環保了吧🙈
蘭斯城市很不錯！最後一張是酒店拍出去的，可以看到大教堂。

Die Marke Ibis steht für eine anständige Qualität in der preiswerten Mittelklasse - und mit diesem Haus in Reims hält sie ihr Versprechen. Man erwarte also keine Wunder, sondern eine moderne, korrekte Unterkunft in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist wohl nicht die bestmögliche, aber in 10 Min. zu Fuss durch ein Wohngebiet gelangt man zur Katherdrale und dem Restaurant-Viertel. Autofahrern seien die privaten Parkplätze zu EUR 11/Nacht empfohlen. Zum Frühstück etwas Hektik, Enge und Ungemütlichkeit, aber genügend gute Produkte für alle Gelüste. Das Personal an der Reception war ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfreich. Alles in allem eine korrekte Leistung für einen fairen Preis.

Hôtel bien situé dans Reims. Personnel aimable. Etablissement propre avec une bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking situé juste à côté de l'hôtel était actuellement en reconstruction mais cela sera fini d'ici quelques mois.

Hôtel bien situé, central. bon accueil. petit déjeuner correct. Parking payant dans l'hôtel. Chambre et salle de bains petites En général j'apprécie les IBIS STYLE mais j'ai été assez déçue car je n'ai pas du tout adhéré à la déco et c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive dans UN IBIS STYLE. Dommage.

Location is great. The downstairs area is smart and there is a bar (as long as you don’t want ice in your drink!). However the air con in the room was useless. It wasn’t safe to leave the huge window open because it was on street level so I just didn’t sleep.

Our 5th stay at the hotel.
But this time, with 24C+ in the room and a window opening on the boulevard, we could expect the airco to be functioning. Actually, it is disabled, and heating is enforced. I could not sleep, really !
I told this at the desk, but the lady in charge answered simply that it is too early in the season. That's it.
Very unpleasant experience.
On the positive side, the breakfast is really generous and the room was perfectly clean.
