Une immersion totale au milieu du vignoble champenois et un point de vue majestueux. La cuisine raffinée est de grande qualité, Les plats sont amenés par de jeunes serveurs, souriants et très professionnels, dans un cadre fort agréable où chacun trouvera sa table et beaucoup d'attentions. Le château de SACY, une étape à ne pas manquer.

Un havre de paix
Un très court séjour qui restera un très bon souvenir. Le château est à taille humaine, parfait pour des clients en quête de calme et de sérénité. Les chambres sont très belles avec une touche de modernité appréciable et le personnel est très accueillant. Le room service commandé était à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour tester le restaurant gastronomique !

Y’a un ans c’était plus propre que la, C’est notre deuxième fois qu’on vient dans cette hôtel depuis un an presque Une dégradation très remarquable au niveau de la qualité et de la propreté surtout. Trop de poussière par tous, cheveux dans le lit ainsi que dans la salle de bain, poussière en dessous du lit, toilettes pas bien nettoyer

Une gastronomie bien loin des standards pour ce genre de cadre dont le charme bucolique et champêtre est indéniable. À retenter par beau temps, en espérant que l’apport culinaire soit à la hauteur des bulles et autres divins nectars.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in den Weinbergen, enttäuschender Spa ( 1. war er trotz Verbuchung besetzt , dann war die winzige Sauna nicht aufgeheizt ….)sehr gutes Abendessen im sehr schönen Restaurant mit Blick bis Reims . Sehr gutes Frühstück ABER : sage und schreibe 6 Hunde im Restaurant…. Das geht leider gar nicht , alleingelassene Hunde haben auch in den Zimmern gebellt … Würden es nicht weiterempfehlen vor allem wegen der Situation mit den zahlreichen Hunden

Chateau de Stacy has terrible accommodations and customer service. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier, but essentially we tried to book a reservation day of and it kept saying error on the web page. Ultimately we decided to pick a different place in Reims for dinner, however hours later we found a confirmation email from Chateau de Stacy regarding a reservation, we called to try to tell them the situation and they were not understanding at all. They said we would be charged 100 euros if we did not show, even though their website was giving us errors. They were not accommodating at all, and it was likely due to there were only 2 other couples in the restauraunt. This was a very unpleasant experience and very disappointed in their customer service.
