Grand Pasa Hotel

Beautiful hotel and should have been so much better. We were given a room at the side of the hotel. Bins and deliveries below. Asked to be moved and were moved the next day. Reception staff and cleaners very nice. The rest of the staff looked miserable and rarely broke a smile. Didn't venture to the pool because sunbeds are squashed together but the roof terrace was lovely to sunbathe. The food left a lot to be desired. There was a wide choice but everything tasted bland. Entertainment was practically non existent. Would not go back to this hotel

We stayed here from the 13th of august until the 23rd, fantastic from start to finish, hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, food was great, other half couldn’t stop eating the curries he said it was first class, the entertainment team were fantastic, made u feel so welcome and got everyone involved, Betty on the entertainment team was amazing, my daughter doesn’t take to many people but she made her feel at ease and was fantastic with her, during the day in the mini day club and every evening , they work so hard , the entertainment every day and evening was brilliant they made the night never a dull moment

Great hotel very friendly staff a good vibe all round. The entertainment team Ali, Zayn,Hannah and Connor were nothing short of amazing. Always smiling and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Good facilities in the hotel itself and very friendly staff at all the shops and outlets

We stayed at the hotel for one week 7th to 14th October. Rooms large and airy beds quite comfy. Cleaning was not very good I know our bedroom and bathroom floors were not washed once because the same little twig was there all week. We left it on purpose. As previously pointed out the table cloths in the "canteen" would not call it a restaurant, looked tired and grubby they need to be replaced with easily wiped place mats. I would point out Ali looked after us and changed our table cloth whenever we went to eat. Snack bar food was hot even though it was the same every day. The majority of the staff especially in the lobby bar seemed very unhappy in their jobs and never smiled. End of season blues maybe? Drinks were terrible especially the cocktails. Could not even get a prosecco or cava. Sunbed mattresses were disgusting we found dried sick on one when we turned it over. Also towels on sunbeds at 6am. Ridiculous. We went on the balcony so always managed to get a bed. We enjoyed our stay because the weather was great but would not return to Marmaris too big and busy the volume of traffic was the same as a large city not a holiday resort.

Stayed in October for 7 nights. The reception staff spoke very little English, which is a shame when majority of the holiday guests are English! The rooms were spacious beds were comfortable. The balcony was big had a lovely view over Marmaris. The standard of cleaning was not 5 star, attention to detail would give it the 5 stars. The bar staff were quite rude and only paid attention to young girls! The men who walk around the pool and spa area selling treatments need to respect the words “No thanks” don’t want hard sell when on holiday . The dining room table cloths were always dirty which is off putting before you even get your food. Plenty of choice of food not to everyone’s taste, however you could always manage to get something. Snack bar was the same food daily which was always hot and tasty. The sun beds wars must be an English thing!! The rules on towels on sun beds is a joke no one checks and removes towels! Saying that we always got a sun bed just so funny to watch ! The sun beds could have done with a good clean the foam lounges were absolutely filthy! A nice stay not 5 star 3 star at best.

The staff are all very amazing Conner is one of my fa purities always makes the holiday a good time and always makes us want to come back and all the staff are just lovely and amazing recommended to everyone the food is always amazing the pool is brilliant and overall just an amazing place to come

We stayed here In September. The staff are friendly and hard working. Rooms are what you'd expect, basic and clean. We booked for 2 rooms, 2 adults and 2 kids in one then 1 adult in another but the booking came through as only 3 per room but on arrival the staff had no issue putting another bed in our room to sleep 4. (We arrived at 2am and the staff had this done within 15 minutes, very efficient and hard working). Hotel itself is very nice and clean aswell as the pool area. We had a great holiday just a few points I'd add food- breakfast horrid, cold and bland only nice things were fresh omelette and fresh fried eggs. Snack bar average but I would say add some plain cheese pizza sometimes as it always had veg, olives or fish on it. Evening meal was OK, curry every night, very repetitive but something to eat. Entertainment- It was OK but I felt it could of been better. We stayed at green nature resort the year before and that was brilliant. Maybe it's because it's end of season Kids club- what's kids club? My daughters were really looking forward to going kids club and making friends but it was just a room with colouring and jigsaws with a bored looking guy sat in the corner who didn't interact with them. No planned activities or games. Very disappointing Pools- pools were nice and clean but I would add the main pool is very deep. 4'11 depth. Then the kids pool is very small so there's no in-between for older kids. My daughters wanted to join In with pool games and play volleyball etc and couldn't because they couldn't touch the floor. Although they are great swimmers to play ball games they need to touch the floor. Shop- the guy at the market was very rude, we went out the hotel to delboys he's much nicer and reasonably priced. The guy in the shop wanted £20 to fill my float I'd brought from home with air. Then because I said no thanks and went elsewhere he was rude the rest of the holiday. Made me feel very uncomfortable every time I passed his shop. We still had a great time but wouldn't stay here again, our personal preference though as our main priority is things for our kids to do ie kids clubs, activities and games and better pools. Last year we went to green nature resort and while I preferred the pools, entertainment and food there I did find the clientele it attracted wasn't nice, feral kids, drunk parents and ignorant rude people. The people at grand pasa were all lovely respectable people which was refreshing to have, made for a very relaxing holiday.

The staff are very polite and helpful and they’re really efficient.the location is incredible becuase delboys is only a few steps away grand paşa.the food is ok but it does need some improvement but the breakfast is pretty good apart from the pastries.the pool is also a really good size for a little game water polo.the slides are also really fun and pretty fast the slide pool os a bit snall but its decently sized.
