Otel temizliği ***et iyi,çalışan personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odalar oldukça geniş.Kahvaltı fazlasıyla çeşitli ve iyiydi.Otel müşterisi büyük çoğunlukla İngiliz ve küçük çocuklu aileler,havuz ve kaydıraklar çok kalabalık.
Keyifli bir deneyim oldu,teşekkürler.

Amazing hotel in Marmaris!
Lovely hotel with very very friendly staff. Food was absolutely amazing with lots to choose from. They have an ice cream shop which is also part of the all inclusive option so kids were very happy. Entertainment crew were fantastic. Very friendly and happy hotel.

We booked into the apartments across the road from the main Grand Cettia Hotel but we had our own lobby, pool, bar, restaurant and could also walk across the street and use all of the facilities at the Grand Hotel. The apartments are basic but fine for a stay where you plan on mainly eating out. I went with my two teenage sons who shared the twin bedroom and I slept on the pull out sofa in the lounge which was very comfy. The staff are kind and helpful. The pool areas clean and slides for the kids. The area around the hotel has shops, bars and restaurants. I wasn't expecting it to be quite as Brits abroad as it was but we walked into the main town and beach area and found some more traditional restaurants. Ichlemen which is nearby (bus or taxi) does offer a quieter area and some good restaurants. The spa facilities at the main hotel are good but a bit pricey. The Hammam was worth it though. WIFI was an issue as the rooms didn't have it, but you can get it in the lobby and at the poolside. There are quite a few extra costs, such as safe and TV access. Generally a nice stay and a relaxing time in the sun.

Hotel usytuowany jest na obrzeżu Marmaris- na pieszo do portu- dużego bazaru-centrum jest 40 min lub busem miejskim 20min. 15-20min od hotelu spacerkiem można dojść do supermarketu i takiej większej ulicy ze sklepami i restauracjami. Największym minusem, który nie skłoniłby mnie do zakupu wycieczki do niego jest fakt braku plaży- do plaży dowozi codziennie tylko raz 10:30 busik i odbiór jest tylko raz o 16:30. Gorszy jeszcze jest fakt, że przy plaży za jedzenie i drinki trzeba płacić- bo nie jest to plaża hotelowa, a jedynie plaża na zaprzyjaźnionej- współpracującej restauracji- leżaki i parasole za free. W basenach w październiku zimna woda, w morzu ciepła. W hotelu i na wspomnianej plaży nie ma ręczników plażowych, nawet z depozytem. Co do czystości, sprzątania i pokojów nie można się przyczepić. Jedzenie- nie za duży wybór, ale świeże i smaczne. Lody otwarte 2 razy dziennie. Najgorsza jednak była obsługa restauracyjno-barowa. To była moja 3 wizyta w Turcji i pierwszy raz spotkałam się, żeby obsługa nie mówiła dzień dobry w restauracji. Nikt nigdy nie zaproponował, że przyniesie krzesełko dla dziecka. Na barze odczuwało się bardzo konieczność dania napiwku za lepszą obsługę. Bardzo rozpieszczeni przez angielskich gości, których było 98% i pod nich były robione animacje, ale generalnie animatorzy byli spoko.

From the outside it doesn’t look so bad when you walk in it doesn’t look so bad Room 420 very worn out ! Cracked sink mould in the shower bath grouting poor and falling out around the mirror cigarettes burns on the main unit net curtains worn and split a plug socket in the middle of the head board and a light switch that you turn on when you move over ! Kids pool water features don’t work correctly or in the case of the clown at all ! Food is mediocre and the coffee machines dire ! You only get two water bottles for a family of three and paper cups for all ! You have to refill the water bottles at the coffee machine ! It’s a three star at the most not the worst I’ve stayed in but I don’t want to go back !

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a few days and we had a fantastic experience The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.. The pool area was beautiful and always kept spotless making it the perfect place to relax and cool off throughout the day The entertainment team was amazing, thanks for Harry, Potter, Barney! keeping guests of all ages engaged with fun activities and evening shows that were full of energy and creativity The only small downside was that the food options could have been a bit more varied, but the lively atmosphere and excellent entertainment more than made up for it. We had a memorable family vacation and would love to return
