Si mangia e si dorme (un po’ caldo) bene
Struttura molto carina. Camere arredate con cura.
Consiglio per il futuro, pensare ad installare l’aria condizionata nelle camere. Con il clima di adesso il ricircolo d’aria non basta.
Molto buono il ristorante con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad assecondare eventuali richieste

Tutto molto bello, sono un piccolo intoppo…
Abbiamo deciso di puntare a questo b&b perchè a livello di prezzo e di distanza dal Lucca Comics ci sembrava il giusto compromesso.
Per arrivare la strada è un po’ tortuosa, ma la vista all’alba è incantevole e la Locanda pure.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
La colazione ottima e la sala colazioni davvero bella.
Unico evento spiacevole: io ho un cane piccolo (un Pincher) abituata ad essere sempre in giro con me, non ha mai distrutto nulla negli hotel dove siamo stati (nemmeno nei 4*); essendo che il sabato a Lucca sarebbe stato tosto a livello di persone ho detto la lascio in Hotel metà giornata e poi vado a riprenderla. Dopo 20 minuti dalla partenza mi chiama la proprietaria dicendo che è “abbandono di cane”, “ma il cane sale sul letto”, (ah si avevo chiesto al figlio se potessi lasciarla e mi aveva detto si, altrimenti mai mi sarei sognata!)
Insomma io mi sono arrabbiata perché non ti permetti di dire certe cose in primis, in secondo luogo se non vuoi cani scrivi “animali non ammessi”, era palese non le piacessero.
A parte questo evento è stato tutto perfetto.

Ottimo servizio ai tavoli. Buona cucina e ottime anche le pizze. Possibilità di parcheggio facile se si arriva presto, altrimenti anche lungo la strada. Prezzi nella media. Il ristorante ha disponibilità anche di camere previa prenotazione.

An enchanting stay at Locanda Zacco! This charming hotel in Italy exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm hospitality from the owner and the entire restaurant staff, who were really nice, along with the delectable cuisine, made our visit unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to experience the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommended!
