Positives , excellent comfortable room, light breakfast but good quality muesli, pastries, fruit juice and coffee. Battery charging and secure storage for bike. Negatives, instructions for entry not received despite phoning hotel twice and Trip com. Waiting outside for text message!

Brilliant we stayed at no7 room was perfect! Just no Netflix on tv so had to watch dribble lol Cocktail making was amazing!! Scott and his brother were amazing hosts and we really enjoyed it!! And get a gift and the end of the night Would defiantly come again

I booked a one night stay with the cocktail masterclass for my hubbys 50th present. I booked early check-in and late check-out and a bottle of champagne in our room. Driving past the hotel I will admit we weren’t sure as it just looks like an ordinary house from the front. We parked up the hill to get free parking and walked down to the hotel. Following the text instructions, we easily unlocked the front door and found our room. Wow!!!! What a beautiful room we had! Highly recommend Room 2 with a bathroom as least as big if not bigger than the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable and I was relieved and pleased to see that the pre-ordered champagne was a decent one! So often you get a crappy cheap bottle marked up but ours was lovely! Simon was great on text and immediately dealt with some noisier other guests which was hugely appreciated. Our cocktail class was ready early so we headed down to the Bite Me restaurant not knowing what to expect. We are an outgoing couple but don’t love experiences out of our comfort zone so we’re very nervous. We had a lovely greeting from Jason in the restaurant who then introduced Scott our mixologist. We were relieved to see our table was out of the way of the other diners so we weren’t self conscious and off we went! An absolutely fabulous evening making cocktails, eating great burgers - I’m a gluten free veggie and that was no problem at all! I really want to thank Scott for a wonderful class/evening. He explained everything so well and we have already put some of our new skills into practice. Jason was very attentive all evening and basically both brothers made our evening extra special! Thanks to Simon also for being so responsive on messages. I like to think that sometimes you do put your phone down so you can have a life too but we hugely appreciated the help and info! We left the next morning feeling thoroughly chilled out which is unusual for us and hope to return soon!

Not the best place to stay. Room 6 at the top, the shower doesn’t drain and leaks. the toilet seat doesn’t fit the toilet, two single beds pushed together. No parking so bad to park on double yellows across the street. Apart from that, lovely food in fridge/ continental breakfast. Wouldn't stay again.

Amazing feature room , Simon sorted things out at very short notice due to email problem. Could not fault anything about room or service. Great in room continental breakfast. Great bathroom and lovely in room feature copper bath. So easy to enter premises with digital keys, Great restaurant downstairs for food and cocktails.

Very well located close to the High Street, we very much appreciated that room 1 was on the ground floor, bed was comfortable and the shower and dressing rooms were spacious and an added bonus. Communication from the hosts was great and we were happy with the self check in, no keys to remember!! The decor and continental breakfast were not to my taste, but each to their own. Disappointed that pastries were not provided, but we were able to get a lovely breakfast very close by. I do feel that our stay was quite expensive as a result of needing to eat out for breakfast each day. The room was quite dark and in need of a little TLC but again it’s all about personal taste. Parking was easy although saw a few cars with tickets who had parked on the double yellow lines across the street.

A lovely little quirky hotel, which is very clean, with easy access and a perfect in-bedroom breakfast, in a great location for Malborough Hogh Street, highly recommended. I’ll be returning later in the year and will definitely rebook. Thank you

Tucked right on the edge of Marlborough high street, it's perfectly located to explore the area, but nice and quiet to chill too. It's a simple no thrills set up, with quirky details bringing it to life. We did a cocktail masterclass and food downstairs at Bite Me Burger which was really fun!

Perfect in every respect. We had room 2 with a lovely comfortable bed and massive bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, room was very peaceful. Great communication from the owners. Excellent location for all local amenities. Would definitely return for another stay.
