Lovely room, comfy bed and regular change of towels and sheet. The pools and the spa are spotless and as there are many it is never too crowded. We never went to the playgrounds because it was way too hot and nobody was ever using them. The food was very good considering the buffet style: fresh, delicious, great choice and always full trays. The staff were professional and helpful but not friendly with small exceptions. Maybe this is how they were trained though. There is a lot to be asked with regards to the animators in the evening. Some of the girls are lovely and tried to play and talk to the kids but a few were just hanging around with their phones and having fun with each other while the doors of the kids center were wide open. We could not leave our little fellow out of our sight for a second.

1. The price-to-quality ratio is not good. The food in the restaurant is not as abundant as in other hotels of the same category. There is no hair conditioner in the roroom. 2. The pools are the most disappointing. The indoor pools are so hot that children cannot stay inside all day. It's definitely over 35°C, and in the afternoon it may reach up to 40°C. The water sprinklers don't work or operate for such a short time that you have to constantly watch to catch when they’re on. The outdoor pool is generally too cold for smaller children. They get used to it after a while, but still – they can’t really stay in it for even an hour. 3. I don’t think the kids' club staff are actually watching the children (I don't mean playing with them). The girls are just looking at their phones, and that’s it. 4. The playground, which is nothing special, is entirely in the sun, with no shade at all. Realistically, children can't use it during the day because it's too hot. 5. There is absolutely no shade provided for the cars. They could at least put up a canopy or something similar. 6. We definitely won’t be coming back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Markovo! It’s truly a paradise for families with kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The animation team was outstanding – our kids were entertained from morning till night with fun games, creative activities, and evening mini-discos. They absolutely loved it, and we got to enjoy some much-needed relaxation by the pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious with plenty of kid-friendly options, and the entire resort was designed with families in mind. If you’re looking for a stress-free family vacation where the kids have a blast and parents can unwind, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Not a bad pool , bad waitress staff.They just don't care.The manager in this hotel needs to send them to a. Skills classes.Mayme he doesn't care either. Treat people with respect,they are paying for the service.If you don't like your job just leave..

The staff is very rude,very inresposable and in polite,my expectations was very high about the hotel but it was the worst hotel i ever had been,They are racists.Terrible hotel definitely not recommend!

Il n’a de 4 étoiles que le prix, pour le reste : le personnel est désagréable et ne parle pas anglais ni russe pour la plupart, la restauration est à fuir (seul le petit déjeuner est bon), nous avions une chambre (qu’ils appellent appartement ) avec un lit cassé (un matelas a été rajouté par dessus suite à notre demande), les douches fuient et c’est la douche écossaise pour la température, les prises sont défectueuses voir dangereuses … nous sommes venus en famille et avons loué plusieurs chambres et avons constaté ça dans toutes les chambres louées. Je passe aussi sur la serrure défectueuse et nous n’avons pas pu fermer notre chambre de la semaine et sur le service ménage pas top. Il mérite une étoile pour les jeux pour enfants (enfin ils ne sont pas bien entretenus non plus et donc dangereux il faut quand même faire attention voir photo) et pour le côté spa même si les piscines ne sont pas très bien entretenues de nombreuses prestations y sont proposées à des prix abordables. Très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Amazing place for family with small. Kids. Lots of amenities for toddlers and small kids. Great food and great service. During breakfast there is a buffet which is full with expensive toddlers food. We are from Burgas where this time of the year all of of the beach resorts are 9pen amd i can say there is no such place like this one. P.S. this is a place for families with small children and it's not suitable for romantic weekends.

Great place for families with children. There a re so many children activities that your little one will never be bored. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is awesome, variety of fruits and meals, they even offer baby food on breakfast. The kids play area is great even for toddlers.

We stayed in hotel for 3 days and celebrating the NYE. From the beginning till the end of our stay everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service is perfect from the reception,waiters,cleaning ladies,all of the are very polite and attentive. The food for the taste of our family was very delicious. The NYE food and program were perfect-attention to all details. Entertainment for the kids and the parents every evening,even after the NEY party. Keep going forward and keep the high level of service in the hotel. We can wait to visit you again.
