The place was so pleasant, overall service is also very good. The owner and the manager's behavior and attitude is so nice and lovely. We recommend the people's to book and go there.

Very clean apartment with wonderful views, bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities in the room and a tv. The breakfast was varied and filling with excellent service. The staff were friendly and very helpful with a taxi service which was superb. We would definitely return for a lovely, quiet relaxing stay. It is a little’out of the way’ but definitely worth the stay .

A very scary trip! I don't know how this review came out, Ctrip didn't check the quality of the hotel at all. There are dirt roads all the way to take a taxi, the driver is unwilling to go, and has to charge for car washing, and finally detoured around and broke his head, but still couldn't find the hotel. Go straight back to the airport to find it again.

Service incroyable. Propre et bien entretenu. Endroit tranquille à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Emportez des bouchons d'oreilles pour les avions qui passent. La nourriture est excellente et la propriétaire et son chien sont adorable. Nous sommes charmés.

We were a family of 11 spending our last night in Greece before flying home. Now 3 weeks home, everyone is raving about the one night in Varaba Country House more than the other 7 nights in Athens and Crete. We used the recommended transport which was friendly, prompt, clean and professional. We had dinner at the house, which was excellent. The rooms are large by European standards, very clean, each with its own outdoor seating. The staff was friendly with great English; the hotel cat spent the night with my nephew. If we were to do Athens again, we would stay here and use their transport crew to take us into the historic district rather than staying in Athens itself.
