Overall great stay.
However ,The property should send the link to apply overnight parking exemption to the guests . It’s a simple process. Just letting the guests know to fill up the city of Markham overnight parking exemption form would be really helpful.
I was visiting from US so didn’t know about this and unfortunately got a ticket.

Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We were happy with our time spent there. We would have preferred it if we had received the entrance information earlier. The web page said we would receive it 24 hours in advance. We received it 2 hours in advance. Perhaps it was a one time mistake.

Bad experience with the room and cleaning. Found small hair in bed. Neighbour rooms were very noisy. Not a comfortable stay. How ******* keeping it
