Very satisfied, this hotel is right in the center of town, convenient. There are many rooms and many tables for dining. The rooms are clean and exquisite. Parking is also convenient, but the check-in time is a bit late, until 3pm, it would be better if it was earlier.

Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely.
Our room faced onto the busy road so it was good we had brought earplugs 😁

Really nice hotel in a great location. Only issues we encountered were, there was a wedding at the hotel and the music was very loud. This didn't go on too late but we had a young child with us who did not get to sleep at the normal time. Check out was very perfunctory and we were not asked if we'd had a good stay. This was the opposite of the check in which was very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again

This was our first stay at The 3 Swans. It was fantastic in every way. The room was large and comfortable, the staff soooo friendly and helpful and the food, excellent ( both breakfast and dinners) Thoroughly recommend.

Having stayed here before, the facilities & service are of a high quality. However, it is a shame the decision has been taken to remove the (lovely) coffee bags from the rooms & replace with Nescafé sachets. Coffee in the breakfast hall is good but I have always had a nice cuppa in my room before breakfast & another for my onward journey as I left in previous visits, which has now been removed, which is a shame.

Very well run hotel with quiet rooms on the high street. Not too much going on in Market Harborough but was ideal for my business trip. Staff were great and breakfast was very good in a really nice room
