The place is aweful , could be considered as a stuff residence amd low category one, completely untidy and dirt is in every corner along with the bed and pillow, i was having my family and was expecting a good customer service however they were very disrespectful.

The place is pretty good with nice furniture,amazing food that exceeds expectations and great facility and best of all very nice staff ! But,they need to improve maintenance,wipe furniture because it smells and take care of plumbing problems. They need to open a bathroom for people in the pool other than the reception's bathroom! And most important to get a net for the lifeguards to take out jellyfish of the sea! The guy has burned off his hand trying to get jellyfish out! That was very inhumane! When we talked to a supervisor,he claimed that the lifeguard has a net but prefers to not use it and burns his hands! Very unprofessional and mean comment !they really need to take care of their staff and treat them humanely! and there is anything that can be done to prevent jellyfish stings that would be great because there was a lot of them! I would definitely go back if they improve these problems and take care of there lifeguard's safety!
