I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. Rooms are cabana style with a private patio facing a nice man made lagoon. Mine was a scant 150 m from some of the cleanest clearest ocean I have ever experienced. The hotel has dining options. The food I ate was perfectly good. There is a bar and a Cantina located on the beach as well as in the main area of the horseshoe of the hotel. Overall - a fantastic stay if a little inconvenient to get to because the hotel is at the back of the Hacienda neighborhood. I nevertheless would strongly recommend this as a couples hotel or even for a business stay. Great staff.

Love everything about casacook everywhere such a pleasant place with lovely people. The quality of food and accommodation is awesome and all the staff is super friendly and professional. Hospitality is remarkable and overall experience is unmatched

Excellent and fantastic hotel its second time and the service in all aspects of our stay. From the moment we started check in we found exceptional service throughout our stay. Mr mina and aimn at reception was very friendly and welcoming during our check in and offered us making sure we liked everything about the room before leaving us to rest he also ensure that the fathy checked that everything was ok before we left the hotel as he was off on our checkout day. Room was spacious , amazing beach from our hotel All the staff in hotel or at the beach who where there were happy to attend to absolutely anything we needed especially mr mina and fathy ,, and housekeeper made sure our room was regularly serviced and also was happy to get us anything we needed. Fathy at the beach was also kind and made us every thing . Overall amazing stay at casa cock north cost , all staff always went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. Highly recommend and i will be back soon always

The hotel's location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway. It’s close to beautiful beaches and local attractions, yet feels secluded enough to offer a sense of escape from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend Casa Cook North Coast Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and memorable stay. I can't wait to return Thanks for good experiences there

Unfortunately, the service does not match the price, the food is limited, and the beach has no services The furniture is primitive and uncomfortable, the room has a bad smell, and the breakfast is boring Repeated errors in food orders. When we complained about more than one situation, the reaction was cold

Place is clean, quite, relaxing. Nice bohemian Devore that returns you to the nature. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful starting from Mr Eslam, Emad, Mazen, Ahmed , Mohd and ending with the beach service staff. I loved breakfast idea of starting late until 1:00 p.m. (understanding that people on holiday and don’t wake up early). I have also to appreciate providing a breakfast menus instead of open buffet. I won’t forget the welcome drink that I kept having every day. Sure i will visit the place again I have to mention one negative experience that I didn’t like but it was out of Casa cook administration hands ( waiting for one hour and a half to enter the place) bad security attitude.

Absolutely simple but stunning place! Loved our stay here where it has a quiet feel on ur door step but also able to travel not too far to enjoy a more upbeat venue. Close to beach clubs, bars...a very classy adults only place. Loved it and would advise to stay here if you are going to hang out on the north coast. Has more local tourists rather than tropical tourist
