The overall experience, the hotel and the room was amazing, the staff of the hotel were really exceptional and hospitable. However our stay has been overshadowed by a bad attitude staff called Saer at the entrance of the beach club, who was not polite, neither courteous or hospitable. We stayed at the hotel for a whole week and he was often late for the opening time of the beach club at 10.00 am for hotel guests. He expected hotel guests to wait for him to arrive at his own leisure beyond 10.00 am as he was a control freak not deputising one of his team to check the guest list and admit them to the beach. I have made an official complaint about the process and the individual responsible for this to Emaar Hospitality and I strongly recommend implementing a system of beach access voucher, wrist band or mobile app application similar to owners app. Lovely stay overall, thanks to the hotel staff for a memorable stay

A black Bluetooth headset and a black iPhone 12 were stolen from room 102 on the first floor. The cleaner came and knocked on the door and asked if the room would be cleaned. I told him after I left the room. After that, my iPhone was missing. On the last day, when I checked out, I forgot my phone and headset on top of the dresser, along with my ATM card, ID card, and car key. I contacted the shuttle bus, and he sent me my ID card, ATM card, and airport key. I asked about the phone and headset, and he told me, unfortunately, they were not found. I am extremely upset about this situation, and unfortunately, there has been no response from the hotel or Emaar Misr, as they rely on temporary workers, so such situations can occur with guests. I would be very cautious for anyone considering booking at this hotel.

Our stay at Marina Marassi 1 Boutique Hotel was a much-needed respite after a challenging time with family health issues. I cannot recommend it highly enough, largely thanks to the exceptional management under Heba Haroun. The staff, particularly Jomana, ElSayed, and Magdi, made sure we were perfectly settled and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The convenience of direct access to the Beach Clubhouse, the included breakfast with beverages, and the well-furnished rooms with breathtaking views all contributed to a truly unforgettable vacation. Marina Marassi 1 offers top-tier service and an ideal escape. We'll definitely be back!
