Its not a 4 star hotel for sure! Looks like a student campus with old small houses! It needs urgent renovation! Small bathroom, cheap old furniture, smelly room etc.
But are good points also: lovely garden with beautiful view and the locațion is in the middle of a pine forest! Even if We consider that it didnt worth the money for the room, We succed to relax and enjoy the nature!

The beach is not ideal, water is not directly accessible from the beach due to sea coral, one has to walk down the pier to get into the sea. The staff are very professional and wonderful, very happy with the service, good breakfast with plenty of verity. The rooms are very small, would have been nicer if they were slightly roomier. Pool service could also be improved, more verity, such as fruits etc. Evening drinks are nice with very good live music. Had dinner at the hotel once, food was good, service was a bit slow out of the kitchen.

Vrij basic hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn een beetje verouderd (zeker de badkamer) en vrij basic. Ligbedden aan strand en zwembad zijn zeer oncomfortabel en vrij kort (of je moet met je hoofd op het ijzer liggen). Aan het strand staan de bedden te dicht op elkaar. Er zijn weinig faciliteiten in het hotel. Enkel wellness en 2 tennisvelden. Deze laatste zijn slecht onderhouden (court vloer is los/weg/stuk). De tennisballen die je krijgt zijn plat. Er is wel een ruime parking. Het eten is lekker en er is een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het hotel ligt vrij afgelegen. Dichtstbijzijnde stad is 20min rijden. Een auto is een must.

We arrived to a friendly greeting and were personally shown the way to our classic room overlooking the courtyard with pine trees all around and only the buzz of cicadas to listen too. The setting by the beach overlooking the bay is truly beautiful, and the pool is one of the largest we’ve come across at any hotel, and it was never busy in mid July. The room was quite simple but has a fridge and good size bathroom and a small balcony, which was pleasant to sit out in the evening. We’d recommend a classic room over the standard rooms as these would be too small. The hotel breakfast is varied and plentiful with cooked options, fresh fruit and great Italian cakes. Unless you’re truly planning to get away from it all and eat on site which could be pricey, you’ll definitely need a car as there are no restaurants within walking distance With a car you have plenty of options and Alghero is within an easy reach. We would definitely return to this hotel if coming back to Sardinia

Eerst het goede: eten zeer lekker en prachtig domein met uitstekende ligging. Maar …. de organisatie is in functie van het personeel en niet van de klanten. Bv: verkeerd bed in de te kleine kamer (meer dan 400 euro per nacht voor grote kamer)? ‘Onze fout maar mijn shift zit erop (1530 uur) maar ik regel het morgen’. Drank aan zwembad of aan strand? ‘Doen we niet, loop zelf naar restaurant’. (Waar personeel vele uren aan de bar staat te wachten). Handdoeken wassen we maar om de drie dagen. Matrassen zeer Spartaans en restaurant ochtend en avond heeft qua intrichting groot reftergehalte. Oplossing: directeur die klantgericht denkt en kleine investeringen in sfeer (en nieuwe matrassen).
