had a terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly caution anyone considering it. Right before going to bed, I found a bedbug on one of my pillows. I immediately reported it, and while I was refunded, I was also kicked out of the room at 1 a.m., left scrambling to find another hotel in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar town. I was traveling by myself and I am a young petite female. The night receptionist I spoke with was very condescending and unprofessional, showed zero grace for my situation. She couldn't care less to kick me out on the street in the middle of the night. I felt completely unsupported and disrespected. She was rude, argued with me and blamed me for having to wake up her manager in the middle of the night. This was by far one of the most stressful and unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, even worse customer service, and absolutely zero concern for guest safety or comfort.

Definitely not worth the price. Don’t waste your money unless you want to maintenance your own room. The toilet had a leaking seal and wasn’t flushing properly so it would clog every time used if tp was used. The front desk didn’t offer any empathy/sympathy or anything, just told me to come to the front desk for a plunger. The pictures show the plunger in the bag they gave it to us in and the floor after I had cleaned up the water twice prior and waited 5 minutes.

Just okay, but we won't stay here again It was good but yet bad. The indoor pool was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. But the water pressure in the shower was terrible!!! Breakfast was poor (no hot eggs or any hot meat, the only "hot" food was cheap food that you have to microwave and waffles). And the worst part was we had to kill 2 flying bugs inside the room before we went to bed! We won't be staying here again.
