Seriously! Listen to reviews, this hotel is THE worst I've ever seen. We went with my husband when he was working out this way abd wanted to save some money and they accept pets, do we booked. We checked in got the room and when I walked in I noticed how small it was, then mosquito infestation. Not one or two, many! Huge hole in the wall where the AC/heater unit was plugged in. The bedding was very old and didn't look clean, I took off the to cover told my kids to sit and not touch anything. Red stains on the wall that I.don't even want to know where they came from. My husband called asking how the room was and I told him just wait and see. The bathroom, jeeze. The sink had cigarette burns and it was held up by 2x4 pieces of wood, the roller paper roll holder ripped off the wall and the door panel dirty as hell. I sat wondering if I could make the best of it and power thru, but didn't think I would be able to sleep wondering what might come it at night. My husband walked in and right away said we were leaving. It was BAD, we were there about an hour and a half before he got there, we packed up and came next door to the Regancy where I'm making this review right now, seriously Journey Inn isn't a Journey you want to take! I'm still shaking my head on how I sat there that long and how it's even still open.

Can't sleep tight because the bugs might bite. I am telling you, for your safety and health DO NOT STAY HERE. I was traveling from PA to TX with family and we need to stop for the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior, but I was exhausted the price was low - which I ended up paying 85.00 at the office. The water didn't work, the toilet did not flush, no fire alarm, and MOLD in microwave couch and chairs. I put them outside. Even stepped on a few cockroaches in our free time. Mushrooms in wall and what do I find in the toilet paper roll holder? If you guessed toilet paper....NOPE used bars of soap. That's where they are stored apparently. I asked that night for a refund they said I would have to wait til morning. I waited until morning and was yelled and screamed at. No refund. So the best I can do is try to warn people from our experience. This place needs inspected. This place is an honest to God health hazard. I tried adding my photos but it won't let me.

Ok because it was cheap option. Bathroom sink was horrible. Room seemed clean. Half of the room used to be the outside of hotel, wall with old windows still installed. Weird tile ramp from “living room” down to bedroom, tripped on it twice. Desk outlets could not be plugged in. Have stayed in better rooms for less.

Condemn, demolish and build new or remodel the building.

Property was pretty much a ran down and filthy, had n order smell and roaches unfortunately crawling around. I didn’t stay no longer than an 1 or so after check out because of it, stay helpful and understanding for the most part.

The room I was given was not cleaned!!! People were loitering around the facility. I was given my payment back. I thought that was nice.
