We stay in Hamptons or Homewood Suites every night on cross country driving trips. Many are average, but to our delight this Hampton in Marion was excellent. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well stocked with plush towels. Additionally, the hotel is located in a safe place (where you can leave your SUV loaded overnight) and there are several good restaurant choices within easy walking distance.

We really enjoyed this motel. The room, halls, common areas, and lobby were very clean. The room was extremely comfortable with a bed that was so relaxing to sleep in. I stayed in a special needs room. It was spacious with a nice desk where I could work easily. The bathroom was also spacious. The shower was very relaxing. The sink and mirror were very nice, see pictures. The breakfast was good with the usual breakfast items. Upon checking in, they gave me two bottles of water. When checking out, they gave us goody bags for our trip. The goody bags contained an apple, a bottle of water, and an apple. The staff were all nice, respectful, and professional. We would stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice towels, clean bathrooms, easy check in and check out. Very comfortable stay. The hotel coffee tasted good. We weren’t able to eat breakfast so I can’t rate it. It was a nice location for a small town. Convenient to several restaurants

Very clean. I just don’t get the cost to sleep for 6-8 hours and leave. Wish they had a scale of costs
