Average, but that's compared to the Four Seasons on Michigan Ave in Chicago. As far as road side hotels in out of the way places no one goes to other than to sleep, it's very good. Convenient on and off I 55, at least four restaurants within walking distance, and a complimentary hot breakfast. You can do a lot worst.

Great stay, great property w/great staff! Arrived @ 2AM & front desk gentleman did great job knowing it was 2AM check-in. Highly recommend, clean room, great breakfast till 10AM, unlike some competition that shut down @ 9AM......

This hotel is pretty nice. The Angelo Grove hotel street in Marion felt safe. The staff were friendly. The room is updated and clean. Here were the only two issues. First, and I have seen this is another Hampton Inn recently, the curtains are fake quarter panel and don’t close at all. This means you can’t get to sleep much in the summer and are woken up early. I also had a flood light outside my room, which is great for safety but with the fake curtains it was bright all night. The second issue was breakfast started 30 mins late. Maybe the employee was late to work. The front desk staff was apologetic. Breakfast was mostly cold take and go items. There wasn’t any plain protein like usual (sausage gravy is not a protein). Other than those two things the hotel was good, and it’s a nice choice for anyone in the Memphis area. I hope Hampton puts back full curtains in all its properties. I see they’ve backtracked on the unpopular shared toiletries (have little individual ones again) so hopefully the curtains are next.

So, been traveling to West Memphis for the past few months, staying at the Hampton in Marion. I have to say the staff goes above and beyond. A special shout out to Hanna, great host who goes above and beyond to take care of her guests. Hopefully she can climb the ladder to success in her endeavors.

I rate this hotel a 10. From accommodation to the friendly staff in all areas, from the receptionist, to the housekeeper, to the cooks. They've all made us welcome and met our expectations. The free breakfast was great.

The hotel was easy to get to and has a well lit parking lot. The price was reasonable, the facility was clean and well kept. The check in clerk and the breakfast server were polite and friendly and made a good impression. The breakfast server kept the area well stocked and had a very positive attitude as she worked. She made me feel welcome at the hotel. Breakfast was the standard hotel menu, with to go breakfast bags available for travelers on the go. Well done Hampton Inn!

Just a one night stay but comfortable beds with great sheets! Breakfast selection was good and employees were all nice. Clean and attractive king size room and a good steak house restaurant was within walking distance, Colton's (which I'd also recommend). Pet fee was $50 which was kind of a splurge. Lobby and breakfast areas are attractive.

Pleasantly pleased how clean our room was, it even had a crisp clean smell. Area/hotel was nice and quiet. Front desk staff were friendly, and quick to help get us checked in and sent us up to our room with water. Had a nice complimentary hot breakfast.
