They are not friendly to those with disabilities or service animals.Booked an 11 night stay, left on day 5 due to the managers complaints about our dogs. Insisted on cleaning our room on day 5, stating it was a policy for every other day. Yet did not inform us of said policy until day 5. Don't expect to sleep in or have privacy here, they will knock and call until you have no choice but to leave. Corporate is no help as this hotel is independently owned. The manager will leave nasty notes under your door and then be unavailable to discuss said notes. After a red eye flight from California, we just wanted to sleep. We were much happier at Comfort Suites!

Overall, not a bad stay. Surprisingly quiet for the July 4 holiday weekend. Had to ask staff to turn hot tub on as it was not working when we turned the dial. Apparently, it was pushed on and was not supposed to have been. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast, not the greatest but not the worst. We had an unfortunate event occur with the fire alarm going off. Apparently someone was smoking and set it off. Not the most convenient when we were trying to settle in for the evening. As Hilton reward members, we were not thanked for being rewards members nor were we asked how our stay was. Part of your job as a CSR is to see how your guest experience was and to thank you for being a rewards member.

Our special requests for an ADA bath tub room were followed, the manager was very helpful and kind! When checking in the staff were above and beyond hospitable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and will return again for future visits into Marion. Thank you everyone!

Breakfast was good, they need to change the layout though. The toaster and waffle maker should not be in the corner together. Our room had a soft spot in the floor that was creaky. Staff was nice and helpful

We liked the breakfast, daily snack bags to go, texting customer service, availability of staff.
We didn’t like the over price on average room, stained carpet in room, restroom facilities plumbing toilet with low water pressure & drainage issues m, embarrassingly had to use lobby facilities restroom for 3 days throughout stay. had to get plunger from a busy front desk during busy breakfast time. Front desk and breakfast area too close for personable conversations.
Was not able to change room due to unavailability, unable to get credit for stay due to booking through ******* Reservations. Last night received a different room and was double charged until it was rectified. Would like to receive compensation for this experience which was an all around inconvenience in so many ways.

The only drawback was the lack of available parking. Had to pay $40 for valet parking.

The hotel is located on the Main Street in town. Conveniently located, clean, and fairly quiet considering fronting a major road. Rooms are clean, fairly modern as is the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms are clean! I was on main floor facing parking lot and was not bothered by lights or noise. I would recommend.
