The hotel has potential to be one of the best but it wasn’t for me. The decor is just not great, the microscopic TVs in the rooms, the floor and no pool? Rather odd. The breakfast had to be the biggest disappointment. They need to learn about the hospitality industry because I’m not what that was. 5/10 and the 5 is because of the lake.

Un hotel che viaggia a diverse velocità . Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Neruda , una stanza molto bella con la vasca a idro massaggio con vista lago . La pulizia della stanza perfetta . La stanza è dotata di una terrazza che non rispecchia affatto la cura della stanza … Anzi . Se poi passiamo al servizio colazione è totalmente inadeguata in quanto a attenzione per gli ospiti, qualità dei prodotti e attenzione nel servizio . Abbiamo fatto presente il tutto al direttore con la speranza che chi soggiornerà dopo di noi abbia più fortuna .

Vistta spettacolare, bella struttura con una pregevole area esterna attrezzata di sedie e tavolini con bella vista sul lago. Curato il giardino. Gradevole il ristorante ma mi cade sull'assenza di tovaglia (neanche. Tovaglietta) buona la colazione. Peccato per la camera vista lago che affaccia su zona di passaggio. O la luce o la privacy. Inaccettabile.

We stayed her before and absolutely love the hotel and our suite. The view is unbelievable and the staff wonderful. Access has a lot of steps so it is not for the faint hearted or those with walking difficulties but for the rest it is wonderful. Had a lovely dinner but there are also great restaurants in Gandolfo.

Location ottima per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax fronte lago. Camere grandi e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ristorante di livello sia di carne che di pesce. Personale e ricevimento impeccabile. Merita come location e la vista fronte lago dai vetri della camera è eccezionale.

Abbiamo cenato in questa suggestiva location per festeggiare una promozione di lavoro. Gli ambienti interni sono spaziosi e molto ben arredati... ci sono anche ambienti esterni che, nei mesi estivi, saranno una gran bella alternativa. Panorama mozzafiato sul Lago Albano e non solo ! La cucina è semplice nelle proposte, ma gustosa e ben servita. La formula scelta prevedeva 6 antipasti (abbondanti e gustosi), un primo piatto, un secondo con contorno, dolce, amaro e caffè. Servizio perfetto, anche se qualcosina va migliorata (il pane va portato subito con gli antipasti, non alla seconda portata) Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Incorniciato dalla natura e ubicato fronte lago questo hotel ci ha particolarmente sorpreso, offre una vista stupenda e un'atmosfera rilassante. La terrazza panoramica della camera permette di godersi il paesaggio. Le camere sono ben arredate e curate nei minimi particolari noi per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto una superior vista lago , il personale e fantastico molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è servita nel raffinatissimo ristorante della struttura è di ottima qualità. Ma la chicca che ci è piaciuta di più la bellissima esperienza nell'idromassaggio finlandese con vista panoramica . Esperienza consigliatissima e da ripetere.

Sorpresa per fine scuola da urlo
Senza aiuto di nessun ascensore,a bensi'di un montacarichi per invaldi non adatro a persone con difficoltà motorie,ma il resto è stupendo. Location da 1000 e tutti molto gentili e disponibili niente dz aggiungere
