Horrible experience, I do not recommend this place , the receptionist called me names cuz I had my girlfriend with me , he didn’t let her come into the room with me , he made me book another room , as an American citizen if you planning to visit this hotel please think twice .

Worst hotel in the North! Do not go there, there is a nightclub right above the rooms that plays music every night until 5am. We did not sleep any night. When we complained, the staff was useless and gave the excuse that it was normal in summer. These rooms should not even be for sale at this price. In addition, the property is very dirty, there are always non-guests who accost women in the evening inside the hotel. The hotel is full of screaming children by the pool (which also needs cleaning). For example, a badly behaved child urinated on the floor by the pool in front of us without any reaction from the parents. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Discusting hotel. Reviews are fake. Bunch of dishonest owners. Stay away. You wont be able to sleep due to mosquitos and loud music. Food is mediocre and overpriced.Rooms are dirty. Towels are old and uncleaned. They will overcharge your credit cardinal.

We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention the employee, Adnan.
A slight discomfort occurred when we had a coffee 20 minutes after breakfast, which a staff member charged us for. However, another employee went to great lengths to obtain the necessary change for us. :-)
