Le Royal Mansour est tout simplement une expérience hors du commun. Dès l’arrivée, on est transporté dans un monde de raffinement absolu, où chaque détail est pensé avec une précision exquise. Le service est au-delà de l’excellence : discret, attentionné et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. Chaque membre du personnel anticipe vos besoins avec une délicatesse remarquable. Si le Paradis avait un nom cela serait le Royal Mansour de Tamuda Bay. L’hôtel, situé sur une très large plage privée de la mer Méditerranée, est un havre de paix et de luxe. Nous avons fait beaucoup d’hôtels de luxe dans le monde dont des Aman, Mandarins Oriental, Four Seasons, et le Royal Mansour de Tamuda Bay, est encore un cran au dessus. L’attention aux details est spectaculaire, du jamais vu à ce niveau. Les suites ou villas sont très spacieuses (la plus petite fait 80m2) avec des vues sur mer. Nous sommes venus en couple, mais nous avons constaté que le kids club était incroyable avec un traitement des enfants qui feraient envier les adultes. L’hôtel est très luxueux sans être ostentatoire - le summum du luxe. Les restaurants, Italiens, Français et méditerranéens sont exceptionnels. Le petit déjeuner est magique. L’hôtel porte bien son nom, car l’hospitalité est Royale. L’hôtel, comme tous les autres Royal Mansour du Royaume est un beau témoignage de l’hospitalité millénaire marocaine (architecture, traditions, art culinaire, SPA, senteurs). Nous avons trouvé notre paradis, et nous y reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons. Merci pour ce beau moment hors du temps.

An amazing hotel for relaxing days at the sea. Every single detail is a pleasure to watch and to feel, be it the dishes, the dressing of the staff, the decoration, the colours, fabrics and materials used. The staff is overwhelming! The sea and the beach are wonderful, it is a delight eating at the different restaurants, sipping a drink at the bar and getting pampered in that delightful spa, with very experienced personnel, wonderful treatments in a relaxing and splendid atmosphere. Magic at the sea!

Very comfortable and fluffy and they provide a whole menu for pellows and covers also the baby cover was so good and they give it to us as a gift because my baby loves it so much 🥰

From the moment we arrived the whole staff was waiting to greet us , we were swept away for a tour of the property no hassle of check in like a normal property, we were stunned at the beauty of this property every single inch is meticulously kept the attention to detail is one of a kind , the room was breathtaking we were with a child they had a custom teddy bear waiting with his name along with custom chocolate lion and his name unlike anything we have seen before. Childrens amenties hangers and a gift of clothing and a backpack waiting they even provide his own room key truly magical for him. There is no words for the beauty of this property from the pool to the beach the gym and spa just flawless. The breakfast was a unique luxurious experience with pastries that give France a run for there money. The service here is phenomenal the training they receive is some of the best we have seen and we are world travellers who have stayed in some of the most renowned properties worldwide we were blown away by every single aspect of this place. The kids club is truly exceptional something like heaven for a child with a private kids pool and football pitch. Words cannot describe the luxury of this property and the service i can try but still would not be enough if we could give it 100 stars i would because it should be a 7 star property in reality it is better the the Burj Al Arab. Thank you so much to all the staff and management for the care and service provided you are truly like no other.

Tout était parfait : la suite super bien décorée avec beaucoup de détails , une terasse magnifique… Des attentions durant tout le séjour : des cadeaux … des produits Maroc Maroc dans les chambres … la plage est privée et les équipes sont attentionnées : vous aurez un frigo personnalisé avec eau … Une expérience inoubliable avec des équipes aux petits soins super pro et super agréables Incroyable expérience 🤩 je recommande mille fois

Everything was exceptional, the decor is exquisite and the location is magnificent. We ate the 3 nights at the hotel and the food was delicious. If you love pure luxury with fabulous service in a stunning setting this is the hotel for you.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel de rêves. Nous voulions le découvrir à la belle saison et nous avons été éblouis par cet endroit. Les suites sont magnifiques, nous avions une vue mer superbe et très calme. Le service de chambre est remarquable, fleurs, boissons, en-cas tout est fait pour vous faire plaisir. Les restaurants sont aussi exceptionnels, une cuisine raffinée avec une attention toute particulière pour les détails. Le petit déjeuner est pantagruélique et très bon. Le restaurant de plage est excellent et à une très belle carte. Un bravo particulier et appuyé au service de plage … remarquable de gentillesse, d efficacité, d attention. Que dire des jardins .. une merveille, le spa magnifique…des terrains de paddle très utiles pour éliminer les calories. Vraiment un paradis sur terre à moins de 3h de Paris avec un personnel qui fait vraiment tout pour vous faire plaisir. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute d ici la fin de l année car c est endroit est unique et je vous le recommande tout particulièrement si vous souhaitez vous reposer et vous ressourcer.
