Hotel is Very good room is wide with tea and coffee, water out of charge, restaurant is unfortunately not the best Food is modest dishes not variable Modest quality breakfast and dinner sweets also little bit few and not very good, WiFi is free all over hotel and Room and excellent but not in the beach limited green views , hope next time will be better

The hotel is very good the staff is very friendly and love the animation team lots to do during the day I love the morning stretching the team create very good atmosphere. The food is good lots to choose from and plenty for the kids to enjoy as well would recommend to anybody thinking of visiting

We visited in December, so hotel was nearly empty. We graciously got upgraded at reception (Noor) to a sea room view which was very nice. The price was very good. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the walks by the seaside. We booked HB. The dinner and breakfast were adequate. The water pressure in the bathroom is not very strong and I got a couple of ant bites when I went to sleep.

the hotel is good and have beach and more than one small pools. when its summer you can see a lot of restaurant and food options but other seasons you might have only the only one hotel restaurant. the hotel not proved any transportation option if you want to visit the El Alamein area, and this an issue it its seasons. they have cinema as well

Marketed as 5 star hotel. But the rooms, services, food is 2 star. The only good thing about this place is the location (by the beach). The rooms are old, the tv 32”, no room service, slow internet, the food horrible.

- the room was perfect it was on the view of the lagoon and it was amazing but the Ac was noisy and the staff of the house keeping was so friendly - beach was perfect with the animation team but there is not enough privacy space between the seats. - everything was available in the resort with cafes restaurants activtites you dont need to get outside
