Posizione strategica a due passi dal mare nel pieno centro cittadino. Stanze molto pulite, accoglienza cordiale, disponibilità e cortesia ad ogni richiesta, colazione molto buona. Posizione centrale dell'edificio. Dipendenti gentilissimi e disponibili. Ma senza ascensore per alcune stanze, si devono trasportare i bagagli in scale un pó ripide,essendo un edificio antico,cosa non buona per chi ha problemi di schiena come me. La cosa che mi ha deluso di più é stata la colazione: per la Sicilia, sembra la mensa dei poveri. Anche la presentazione non dava la voglia di consumarla. Infatti, nonostante abbia pagato la colazione per il tempo di soggiorno, sono andata al bar di fronte per far colazione. Troppa delusione. Per alcune cose, inoltre, ci vorrebbe più manutenzione. Ah, é obbligatorio lasciare la tessera chiave ogni volta che si esce.

The welcome was lovely and the breakfast a bit sparse. The room felt tired and a cross between old grandeur and needing updating. The bathroom was a disappointment and felt like it needed a deep clean in the shower. The roof balcony just had rows of empty terracotta pots on it and totally uninviting.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti nella struttura, oltre alla camera piccola e buia abbiamo dovuto lottare con le formiche che spuntavano in continuazione sui mobili. Oltre a ciò abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina davanti l'hotel "occupando un pezzo di carico e scarico dell'ultimo" naturalmente dopo aver chiesto alla reception se fosse possibile lasciare la macchina la e avermi dato parere positivo, non contento la mattina dopo ho chiesto la stessa cosa anche al vigile urbano che passava da lì davanti e quest'ultimo mi ha espressamente detto che lavoravano solo su chiamata da parte dell'hotel e che quindi dato che soggiornavamo la non c'erano problemi. Al cambio turno la ragazza della reception ha chiamato il carroattrezzi nonostante avesse a disposizione la targa dell'auto (che non ha neanche controllato). Quindi oltre al prezzo delle 3 notti ho dovuto spendere altri 135€ tra verbale e carroattrezzi, appena abbiamo fatto presente il tutto alla proprietaria ci ha fatto 17€ di sconto 😂. Di sicuro non tornerò mai più in questo hotel che tra l'altro non è minimamente paragonabile ad un vero 4 stelle.

Short stay in Marina di Ragusa. Stay away from the big hotels and choose a guesthouse! Very friendly staff, beautiful furnished rooms and less rhan 150m away from the cener of Marina di Ragusa. I enjoyed the small alleys and the numerous Bars, Restaurants and Cafés.

Horrible! No ice, no soap in shower, place is not updated, fan is hanging by a wire in middle of room, no beach towels. Far from luxury . Employees are wonderful but hotel is far from acceptable. Breakfast ok, close to beach and great piazza but Do not book this hotel.Does not meet good hotel qualifications .
