Stayed 3 nights arriving after long day travelling from UK - Omari met us and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Everyone was so friendly Omari so lovely and helpful , Nigel’s rum punch and his cooking was amazing the breakfast and Shines smiley face also- room was great- we had a very good stay.

This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way.
The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property.

It was comfortable and functionally furnished. The bar and the restaurant were excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a group trip. The other participants were also very satisfied. Perhaps they could work on the mosquito net a bit. It was very difficult to get it to close properly. The mattress was a bit saggy.

Beautiful rainforest cabins close the river
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, friendly and the food was excellent. Even when it rained the hammocks outside the cabins in the jungle made it a relaxing afternoon.

We stayed at Hibiscus Valley Inn for 9 days in a Semi-Deluxe Room (#11). It was a wonderful experience. The room was great, the surrounding of a tropical garden was delightful. The staff (Shine, Linda, Coffee, Omahry, and Nigel) were very friendly and more than helpful. Hibiscus Valley Inn is only 20 minutes (by car/taxi) from the airport in Marigot. The staff can organize tours to different highlights of Dominica. For a longer stay, we still recommend to rent a car to explore the island more independently. Altogether we were very satisfied with our stay at Hibiscus Valley Inn and we are looking forward to return.

A place far away from everything at the same time close to all adventures the island offer. DON’T miss out on the river tubing. The food is good and the bar is great, with local rum punch ;) After a visit in the bar it’s good to know that the beds in the bungalows are comfortable and theirs mosquito nets around the beds.
