This was perfect, exactly what I expect from a value-oriented hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and so did the fridge and microwave. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. It's an older property but it's well kept. It's an easy five-minute drive to the Battery and the ballpark. It's an excellent value too. I would be happy to stay here again!

After 12 hours of flying and jet lag when you enter a very dirty room, shabby reception, dilapidated bathroom, dirty toilet... it would be hard to list them, it comes as a shock. This hotel is to be avoided.

This hotel used to be better. It has a great location as it’s near Truist Park (Atlanta Braves baseball), I-75, Target and shopping plazas. The front desk employees were nice, bed was comfortable and hot shower. On the negative side, furniture in the room was ripped and the room had a sense of cigarette smoke. There were strange looking people hanging around the hotel and this location didn’t have breakfast anymore.

The room was actually quite clean and updated, even though the building was very old. The ladies that worked at the front desk were nice, if you could find them. The parking lot was trashy. One of the reasons we chose this lodging was because the website promised breakfast with the stay, but that was a lie. The only place there to get coffee was across the parking lot in the lobby; like I want to venture out in my jammies. There also was no maid service, even though we were there for 3 nights. I didn't care that they would not clean the room, but they would not even exchange the towels. I tried contacting the assistant manager, Karishma Momaya, but the person refused to communicate with me. I even contacted corporate and they said they would also reach out to get some response, to no avail.

Baseline clean accommodations with a budget price ($50-65/n for a king before taxes & fees). The minifridge and microwave worked and were clean, bed was on the soft side, linens clean and no signs of wear. Daily friendly room cleaning/check at 11:00. Property is kept clean of trash. There are longer term residents here with kids so expect noise on the weekend. No signs of vandalism etc. The property seemed to be apartments/long term stay in the past so older fixtures and mostly used furniture that needs cosmetic repair. No elevator and no pool.

I read many reviews prior to selecting this entity for our visit for a Braves game. Most of the negative reviews centered around drug use in the area and cleanliness. As we walked up the stairwell past items that are part of the operation of a motel, but have no reason to be sitting out in public view (mop buckets and wringers, for example), we were slapped with the overpowering odor of someone smoking ****. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and aside from a slight, constant leak from the tub nozzle, there were no issues. Would have been nice to be able to stand outside the room for more than a few seconds without getting a contact high. I saw a worker patrolling the parking lot with broom and dustpan, and as such, noted that the lot was pretty clean. The neighborhood was not the best, and I witnessed a drug deal on the sidewalk across the street. If you are able to see past some things that are not exactly the fault or responsibility of the motel, it’s a fair choice for short term stays.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I brought Clorox wipes and after wiping everything down did not see any dust or dirt. It advertised having breakfast included, I was informed they discontinued due to covid. In the room was refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker. Lobby is closed you have to check in at a window.
