we were there for a baseball tournament. We booked this hotel because it said restaurant, laundry services and it was convenient to our tournament. Upon arrival, her air condition did not work well at all. Tried to call front desk could not get through. I walked down there and they said to call in the morning with maintenance was there. I called in the morning after trying to use my phone in the room multiple times only to find out later, but those didn’t work anymore. They were changing phone services. I had to call directly from my cell phone. Unfortunately, the lady about our air conditioning unit as well as needing towels and body wash refill. She said to let her know when we would be out of the room so someone could fix the air condition. When we left at 1:30 that afternoon for a baseball game, I l let them know we were leaving. We arrive back at the hotel at 6:30 PM. Went to the room and her air condition still did not work well. I had no towels nor the refill of the body wash. I went back downstairs. They had no confirmation or anything about the air conditioning unit in my room and had no room so they could put me into. I had to get the towels from them and they had no body wash on site. I asked where the laundry room was so I could wash my son’s uniform and they said they had no laundry services. I told him their website said they did. He said his manager put it on there too soon that they will be getting them soon. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. They do not have a restaurant they do not have laundry services and the front desk did not direct any of my information to maintenance nor housekeeping. She did direct it to maintenance. She did not follow up. The Night staff I can’t say was friendly, but things were pretty much out of their hands. I did call and speak to the lady. I let know about my AC unit when I ride back to my hometown. She said she let the maintenance guy know about my AC as well as others in the hotel and that she doesn’t know why he didn’t get to it. She also said she didn’t know it said laundry services on the website as well as restaurant and that she would fix that. The nighttime manager knew that this was on the website because he said the actual manager who is gone for a month put it on there too early as far as the laundry services and that the restaurant has been closed for a few months now. Also this lady did not accept responsibility for not relaying my information to housekeeping or a follow up with me. I do not recommend this hotel.

This place is awful. And the staff there is incoherent and the rooms were ok. But, I would advise people don't visit Atlanta Georgia and don't come and stay at this hotel if you are from out of town. This hotel sucks!
