The door to our room had gunshot pieces blown out! The lock was broken. The room had seen one (or multiple) too many parties. The carpet was old and smelly. Checked the bed for bugs! There weren’t any but seriously did not make me feel comfortable. Had a terrible night. We stayed because we just had driven 12 hours and were exhausted. Should hv packed up and left, but honestly couldn’t. Avoid this hotel!!!

VERY disappointing stay & experience at this hotel. Initial room that I was given at check-in was NOT clean so had to go back down to front desk to get a different room. Hotel is in very rough condition, all elevator buttons are broken and cracked, empty pool in courtyard has filthy puddle of algae in it, windows are not washed and dirty as well. Would NOT recommend this hotel!

I always like to stay at a Courtyard because they are usually a notch above the rest and after a long day of travel its good to eat right there. This Courtyard was different. I waited 15-20 minutes for check in as they had 1 new hire behind the desk at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. When I got to my room there was a bad small coming from very old carpeting. The room itself was very dated(decor) that definitely needs updating. Taking a shower or using the sink was interesting as the drains did not drain water properly. There are plenty other hotels in the area, I would look at others.

The room was large suite and had a deck no interstate traffic noise, bed was very comfortable could update some of the furniture stuff was great.

The whole facility was clean. Parking lot is well illuminated. We were greeted quite enthusiastically by a young lady by the name of Sandra. Sandra cheerfully executed her duties and made sure we got a room on the ground floor. As we parted company to find our room, Sandra encouraged to have a great evening and to let her know if we needed anything

Everything was good except the pull out was small, the mattress was terrible, and we had to ask for sheets and blankets.

Good Rate, Mediocre property.
Pretty average and somewhat tired property for a Courtyard, but the price was decent. No breakfast included. Landscaping needed around the exterior, especially in the back.
