We traveled through Namibia for a total of six weeks (including four days in Etosha National Park) and highly recommend that anyone with less time skip this touristy park and instead spend at least two days at Bagatelle Ranch! We guarantee: This is a much more beautiful and intimate experience! Our stay at Bagatelle was one of the absolute highlights of the entire trip. You experience giraffes, antelopes, zebras, and rhinos not through the windows of a car, but up close in stunning natural surroundings. The hotel facilities are lovingly designed with attention to every detail, and the restaurant is excellent. Staff motivated, dedicated and competent, couldn't be better. If we ever have the chance to travel to Namibia again: Bagatelle is a place to return to!

Beautiful Ranch and Game Resort. Breakfast and Dinner okay. Savanna Room could be more cosy and we missed soft drinks in the frige.

A small and very quiet Ranch in the Kalahari. Nice and clean. Huge bedrooms, great food and wonderfully friendly staff. There is wild antelope and other animals as well as Giraffe wondering past the doors during the day. A smashing place for a stop over for a couple of days.

We stayed at the beautiful located camp side (own Braai place/ bathroom/ electricity) under a tree with weaver birds. We were invited for high tea in the afternoon and could also stay at the lodge's pool. I can highly recommend the place and also the cheetah game drive and sundowner. Stunning!

Bagatelle is in a private reserve. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The safari drives are well worth going on, you should see giraffes, rhino, oryx, springbok and bat eared foxes. They also look after three orphaned cheetahs which are fed once a day. The bush man walk is interesting, giving many insights into how the bush men lived in area.

Bagatelle has a lovely restaurant, pool, and reception area. There is a very nice shop with many quality items. The activities offered are interesting, and the guides are professional and knowledgeable. We had a combined tour including both safari and cheetah feeding as well as a sunset with an outdoor bar. The chalets have lovely views from the terraces. A big BUT, why have an 'open' toilet? No door. And no hand-washing facility next to it. Who was the architect who managed to get this solution accepted?
