Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

Amazing view of the dessert, loved the staff and fun.place for the family. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant for breakfest offers a delicious french toast !

DeAnglo provided an outstanding experience during our time at the hotel pool. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made our visit memorable. Exceptional service like his really stands out and will be back for sure! Its a difference maker between all the other hotels. Thank you again for the outstanding service and warm hospitality at the pool. All the staff was attentiveness and came by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Love this relaxing atmosphere and made our experience truly enjoyable! We were well taken care of and appreciated every fun and memorable moment! Well be back for sure!

This hotel and venue was very beautiful and had exceptional facilities and the service was super friendly. One small suggested change or improvement l would recommend would be to add an additional table next to the beverage tables where people have more room to add sugar, cream etc. without trying to find the small bit of space to put your cup down so you can open and add to your coffee or beverage. Fantastic stay at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass! The resort was beautiful and was a great mix of relaxation and luxury. One of the highlights of the trip was the outstanding service at the pool bar. Dee, the bartender, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

The grounds are pretty but the service from front desk left a lot to be desired. As a gold bonvoy member, I get room upgrades and late check outs. The room was decent but not what I'd call an upgrade. The bathtub looked stained. When I asked for a late check out, the front desk wouldn't do it because they said they were a conference hotel. I'm not here for a conference and I have been at other Marriott/Sheraton properties for conferences and received the late check out. I called to ask if they had EV chargers and was told yes. I got here and the valet said they couldn't charge. The bar waitstaff were nice but not necessarily knowledgeable about the drinks. Food was really good at the restaurant near the bar. The spa at Aji was also very nice. I may give this place another try because there were some good elements but not at the rate I paid as the rate didn't match the service I would expect.
