Das Hotel liegt zentral in Mariazell. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer- JuniorSuite- war sehr gross, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zusatzbett war etwas kurz. Insgesamt waren die Betten sehr niedrig und die Matratzen sehr weich- für meinen Geschmack. Einziger Minuspunkt, ich hätte mir noch einen zweiten Mülleimer im Zimmer gewünscht, nicht nur im Bad. Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, drei Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl- eine davon vegetarisch. Ausreichend grosse Portionen.

Ich war besonders begeistert vom modernen Ambiente des Hauses, das trotzdem den alpinen Charme bewahrt hat. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Matratze angenehm fest – genau richtig für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch die Sauna war ein echtes Plus, besonders nach einem langen Spaziergang rund um den Erlaufsee. Mariazell hat so viel zu bieten, und dieses Hotel war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt dafür. Lediglich das WLAN könnte etwas schneller sein, aber das hat meinen Aufenthalt kaum getrübt.

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Empfangsdame und generell sehr freundliches Personal. Nette Atmosphäre. Zum wohlfühlen. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Frühstück ausreichend. Zentrale Lage - geht in Mariazell kaum besser. Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel vorhanden.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage. Ideal für alle, die eine Auszeit in den Bergen suchen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, und der Wellnessbereich ist einfach fantastisch. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme gerne wieder!

Sehr sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes Hotel, große Zimmer und diese sind sehr sauber... alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Möglichkeit sehr zentral in Mariazell zu übernachten. Bargeld vergessen - kein Problem - Bankomaten sind quasi gleich ums Eck!

Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel, und der Blick auf die Basilika ist einfach atemberaubend. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber fein und bietet genau das Richtige zur Entspannung. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Restaurant, das uns mit seiner Auswahl und Qualität beeindruckt hat. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Overpriced for an aging hotel with mediocre quality at best. I certainly won't stay here again. Drinks at the hotel bar are extremely expensive. Breakfast coffee is bad. Room furnishings are outdated. Not recommended.
