Stilvolles Hotel nahe der Kolonaden. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, deutsch sprechend. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück als Buffet. Tiefgarage. Bei Abreise gab es noch Mineralwasser und Kolonada Waffeln in der Papiertüte mit.

Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Jede Unterhaltung und jeder Schritt aus den Nachbarzimmern sind klar zu hören. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende. Die mangelnde Schallisolierung macht das Hotel zu einem Albtraum für jeden, der sich erholen möchte.

A very pleasant hotel, comfortable room, beautiful bathroom (bathrobes available for the swimming pool if you have reserved). the welcome was attentive, we learned German, but it is still in its infancy) partly in French and in English. The catering is good, the breakfast excellent and varied, nothing to envy of well-known chain hotels. The staff is extremely courteous, smiling and efficient and... motivated! Lots of young people, who work hard and well. The swimming pool is nice, we haven't tested the treatments though, so no opinion. The hotel is perfectly clean, the rooms too, l) also, the staff works hard, that's obvious. We really enjoyed our stay even if it was short. If, like us, you come by car, it has a garage. When we checked out, we received a parting gift: water and sweets, we found the attention to customers very appreciable! In three words: we enjoyed it and if we come back, we will come back!

Der Personal am Empfang,im Spa und Wellnesbereich und in den Restaurants ist sehr freundlich,die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sauber. Die Speisen in Restaurants sind gut und frisch. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für meine Frau und mich. Kleine aber feine Zimmer. Das Personal war bzw. ist sehr freundlich und durch die Bank kompetent. Meine Frau war von der Kosmetikerin Romana besonders angetan, die ihr eine der besten kosmetischen Behandlungen angedeihen ließ und nicht wie oft üblich versuchte, irgendwelche teuren Cremes anzudrehen. Im Gegenteil ging sie auf die dermatologischen Probleme ein und hat diese auch nachhaltig behandelt. Das Ergebnis war phänomenal und ist auch jetzt nach mehr als 4 Wochen immer noch sichtbar. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich- und ideenreich. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Leider sind manche warme Speisen oft nur lau, was sehr schade ist. Ein weiterer kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das etwas sehr kleine Schwimmbecken, was aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht weiter getrübt hat. Mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit kommen wir wieder!!!! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal.

Die Zimmer angenehm, das Essen gut, viele Gebäude sind im Jugendstil gebaut. Wir waren dort mit Studiosus und hatten eine hervorragende Reiseleitung durch alle Badeorte. Nach den beiden Konzerten liefen wir zum Singenden Brunnen und durch die Flanierhallen.

Wir hatten das Romantik packet gebucht. Es hätte alles nicht besser sein können. Von der Massage über das Frühstück und dem Abendessen war alles sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß und die Sauna auch nicht., erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Toll fanden wir auch die Valentinstorte
