We had an amazing time here. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, a delicious breakfast and really friendly staff. The wellness area was also lovely. If we find our way back to Marianske Lazne, we'll definitely make sure to book this hotel again!

Abendessen sehr unterste Qualitätsstufe. Wir haben um Stornierung der Halbpension gebeten, da das Essen so schlecht war. Storno angeblich nicht möglich - kein gute Kundenorientierung. Hat wohl sehr nachgelassen das Hotel im letzten Jahr in Bezug auf Essen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön.

Parkmöglichkeiten: Leider bietet das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze. Gäste können entweder in der Nähe des Hotels am Straßenrand parken (ca. 2€ pro Stunde von 9 bis 19 Uhr) oder den zentral gelegenen Parkplatz für 22€ pro Tag nutzen. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedoch gab es einige technische Mängel. Der Kühlschrank war so laut, dass wir ihn über Nacht ausstecken mussten. Zudem funktionierten die Kurzwahltasten am Telefon nicht, sodass die Rezeption nicht direkt erreichbar war. Leider roch das Zimmer zudem nach Zigarettenrauch, vermutlich von einem vorherigen Gast. Wellnessbereich: Der Spa-Bereich besteht aus einer kleinen Sauna für maximal fünf Personen und einem kleinen Schwimmbecken. Zusätzliche Wellnessangebote wie Massagen oder kosmetische Behandlungen können an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Frühstück/Buffet: Das Buffet entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es wirkte insgesamt eintönig und wenig einladend.

Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Kolonade, die singenden Fontäne muss man besichtigen wenn man im Marienbad ist. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Sehr gute Lage, direkt neben den Kollanaden und sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Park Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das Café am Hotel ist auch zu empfehlen. Parkhaus ist ca. 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. Massage war auch sehr gut. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine großartige Lage. An der Rezeption war man freundlich und sehr bemüht, um unseren Anliegen gerecht zu werden. Schönes Bad! Für die Baustelle in der Nähe kann das Hotel nichts. frühstück fanden wirganz okay, guter Kaffee!

Perfect location, well equiped, I recommend a room with a balcony, it is very pleasant to enjoy a coffee here while looking at the colonnade. Delicious food (breakfast and dinner), friendly staff, nice relaxation in the sauna and pool, Thai massages available.
