Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, bei den Anwendungen und im Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen! Eine Vielfalt an allem, ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Abend gab es unterschiedliche Gerichte, immer Fisch! Wirklich, vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an die Küche und das Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anwendungen waren top ! Die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr bemüht, dass wir zufrieden waren. 1. Я отдыхаю здесь 2 недели. Выбрала комнату дабл-комфорт для одной себя. Но по приезду получила комнату чуть больше, супериор. Халат, чайник-чай-кофе, туалетика, уборка ежедневная. 2. Я взяла полный пансион и 24 процедуры в неделю, т.е. всего 49( лаборатория-бонус). Питание очень хорошее, большой выбор на разный вкус. (Не было творога ни разу, но я пережила это). Чай в ассортименте есть всегда. А это не во всех отелях, опытные знают! 3. Лечебная база разнообразная. Процедуры проводятся по расписанию, его надо соблюдать. Можно докупить процедуры выборочно, как в спа ,так и на рецепшен, например, тайский массаж, косметические для лица. Персонал старается, чтобы сделать пребывание комфортным. 4. Был слабый wi fi, но после моего обращения улучшился. И вообще, на замечания реагируют, видно, что топ-менеджер спа и другие ответственные лица заботятся об улучшении обслуживания и устранении недостатков, им это важно. 5. Культурная программа неплохая, в лоби отеля. Был фортепьянный вечер, диско, саксофон, арфа. Можно танцевать. 6.Имейте в виду, что реально запросить поздний выезд, рецепшен идет навстречу,чтобы найти возможность.Услуга платная, вполне доступная. Мне обошлась с обедом 50 евро. 7.Я даю отелю высокую оценку и рекомендую вам, не пожалеете! 8. Конечно, были спорные моменты, есть еще, что нужно и можно улучшить. И мы говорили об этом с топ-менеджером. Но вот это душевное участие, искреннее и явное желание исправить и помочь очень подкупает и оставляет приятное впечатление. Хочется вернуться еще раз

Waren wieder mal sehr zufrieden! Küche und Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und gute Qualität. Alle Speisen sind topp! Besonders möchten wir hervorheben Kristyna aus Wellnessbereich. Sie besitzt hohe Kompetenz, immer sehr freundlich und versucht immer alles möglich zu machen, im Gegensatz zu der neuen älteren Kollegin, sie kann von Kristyna noch viel lernen! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für den Überraschungsabend am 31.08.2024 an den Direktor und das gesamte Team! Sie haben sich alle sehr viel Mühe gegeben mit der Organisation. Für uns war es eine tolle Abschiedsüberraschung. Leider mussten wir am 01.09. abreisen, aber wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Familie Ehm aus Chemnitz

The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only. In the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away.

Персонал на рецептионе надменный, могу отметить только Оксану Андришак, очень душевная и отзывчивая сотрудница отеля. Качество питания на 4, пару раз не хватало всем предоставленного питания, которое даже и не докладывали, кончилось и все. Оставалось довольствоваться остатками пиршества. Убирали номер через раз, хотя очень дружелюбная и приятная уборщица Яна. Комнаты чистые, комфортные, предоставляли халаты и тапочки. Места в лобби маловато, разместиться возле бара или просто для общения не предоставлялось возможным для всех гостей. На процедурах почти весь персонал дерганный, все в спешке, не очень дружелюбный .

Beautiful 4*star in the center. Very quiet location, with spacious rooms. The hotel is very new, staff is welcoming and helpful. Half board was excelent option, tastfull and fresh food. Spa & Wellness area is clean, offering pure relax. 2 nights were not enough :-). Very much recommended.

A very pleasant hotel with a view of the greenery. Maximum cleanliness, beautiful spacious and bright rooms, very kind and helpful staff, great home-cooked food. A large pool and perfect spa care. The hotel is right in the center, a 5-minute walk from the singing fountain.

A quality sanatorium with amazing service. Upon arrival, an amazing welcome at the reception, receiving the necessary explanations, lunch and a visit to a doctor in order to define and adjust the required treatment and all without delays and always with a smile from the working staff. A suite in the "Imperial" building, beautiful, modern, air-conditioned, with comfortable and high-quality furniture and equipment, including daily cleaning at a very high level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the "Imperial" restaurant with a variety of options, many salads, delicious soups at lunch and dinner. Treatments are carried out at the appointed time without delays, quality and professional staff. The head doctor of a convalescent home is very professional and caring, always knows how to listen and help - amazing! Really nice lobby bar, sometimes in the evening live music and dancing. An amazing location of a convalescent home next to the springs and important - a spacious forest with well-maintained walking paths.

Mérite les 4 étoiles. Près des colonnades et du parc de Marianské Lazné ( ville très agréable ). Prendre la demi pension ( buffet à volonté pour 14€ par personne). Réserver votre parking Centrum directement à l'hotel ( 7€ au lieu de 14€). Piscine et salle de sport impeccables.
