Hotel und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön und sauber. Die Anwendungen waren gut. Leider war nicht das gesamte Personal freundlich. Manche Menschen waren sehr nett, andere dagegen nicht, besonders im Bereich der Anwendungen. Es wurde oft so gesprochen, als ob ich eine Schülerin bin, die Hausaufgaben nicht erledigt hat. Ich finde solches Verhalten unangemessen, da ich als Gast des Hotels mich möglichst wohl fühlen will, um mich zu entspannen. Das Personal hat auf jeden Fall Fort- oder Weiterbildungsbedarf im Bereich der Kommunikation. Ein anderer Minuspunkt ist, dass man im Zimmer alles hören kann, was im Flur passiert. Zum Beispiel konnten wir jede Nacht eine Waschmaschine(?) hören. Trotz der genannten Unannehmlichkeiten war die Zeit im Hotel allgemein sehr gut, besonders gut fand ich die Sauberkeit und umfangreiches Angebot an leckerem Essen im Buffet.

Ich war schon zum vierten mal in Grand Hotel Nabokov. Wie immer alles wunderbar. Sauber und ordentlich. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essern sehr gut. Genau unser. Sind auch immer mit kleine Kinder da, ist perfekt für uns.

Tolles Hotel
Wir konnten zwar nur für eine Übernachtung den Serviceder Mitarbeiter nutzen aber diese eine Übernachtung war überzeugend. Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Empfang in der Badelandschaft und am Buffett. Das Zimmer sehr ordentlich und bestens klimatisiert.Parken direkt am Hotel ist leider nicht möglich, da muß man ein öffentliches Parkhaus nutzen. Wobei dieses zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist und auch moderate Preise hat. Rundum hat alles gepaßt.

Es war Alles erstklassig - die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich, das Essen. Nicht abgewohnt, keine sichtbaren Schäden im Badebereich/Saunen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die medizinischen Anwendungen waren sehr gut. Wir hatten Halbpension, das ist völlig ausreichend. Auswahl ist riesig und sehr gut

Fernsehen nur 3 deutsche Programme Na gut,kann man verschmerzen. Essen vielseitig,aber kalt Bei Vergabe der Behandlungen,wenig Mitspracherecht. Man bekommt einen Zettel wo die Zeiten draufstehen. Als wir eine Änderung wollten,war die Dame nicht begeistert. Erklärung wo die Anwendungen stattfinden das Hotel ist sehr grossläufig,man muss immer wieder in ein anderes Gebäude,wird schnell runtergerasselt. Weil man das nicht gleich versteht,wird man pampig angegangen. Beim Essen wird das Geschirr schnell abgeräumt,ohne ein Lächeln oder ein freundliches Wort. Ganz leichter Schmutz? Teilweise leicht schwarz in derDusche Fliesenfugen Sehr schöne Lage Aber alles in allem werden wir wohl trotzdemnicht mehr kommen Der Ort ist sehr schön

Super Aufenthalt! Plane einen nächsten in diesem Hotel. Wer mal kurz mal weg will, kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Hotel bietet alles für eine erholsame Zeit: Fitnessstudio, 4 Saunas, Schwimmbad und leckere Mahlzeiten.
