The overall impression of Grandhotel Nabokov the service, procedures, and food at the restaurant is good. However, it was difficult to communicate with Dr. Natalia regarding the imposition of procedures that could not be done due to the patient's medical conditions. Most importantly, we got COVID on the 3rd or 4th day after arrival. The sanitation after procedures was insufficient, which led to the spread of COVID among patients. We spent 5 days in quarantine instead of receiving treatment and resting. The overall impression of staying at the hotel was spoiled.
