Residence Hub Inn and Suites

The motel room was clean. Only one light bulb worked in the main part of the room. The bathroom light also worked but the main room was very dark. The lock on the door worked but the door was very loose. An additional $50 deposit was required in case I smoked in the room but it was unclear when I asked the desk clerk how the management would determine this. I did get the $50 returned to my Charge card however. At about 10:00 PM the adjoining room started making lots of noise, door slamming, yelling etc.. This went on for more than an hour, then the woman left the room slamming the door and yelling so I looked out my window and the man was trying to stop her from leaving and she ran into him with her car knocking him to the ground. I called the desk and the attendant did respond and asked the man to quiet down. I also asked for a different room away from the disturbing couple and the attendant agreed. Shortly thereafter the noise started again when the woman returned and I moved my belongings to the main motel desk to reoccupy a different room. I was on a motorcycle so that meant carting my belongings to the desk and then moving my motorcycle. There had been a shift change by now at 12:30 AM and the new night manager said the only room she could move me to would be back close to the disturbing couple. I refused knowing that the couple might take out their aggression on me or my vehicle for turning them in and asked for a refund on my room and the night manager said she could not refund my room rate. I had to leave the motel at 12:40 AM and drove all night. The next day I called the general manager of the motel to get a refund on the motel room and she refused telling me that she could not control other occupants behavior. After a heated discussion and my indicating that I could use my credit card company to reverse the charge, the manager finally agreed to refund the total cost of the charge. I did receive the refund several days later. Will take a pass on this place in the future.

Free breakfast was loaves of bread to make toast, single pop tarts cereal and yogurt... Staff informed me no cleaning or restocking would be performed due to covid, that excuse is getting old...

The staff was great very helpful

Really nice staff and great clean room. We were terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Could definitely use help for someone to set up breakfast properly such as getting the bread out of the Walmart brand bread bag. Or actual individual juices. Just some little things to make it more appealing and appetizing.

Outstanding value for the price. Staff is nice and it's quiet.

You get what you pay for

They're slowly redoing the floors and painting the walls. It was good for the price. Staff was pleasant, continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming (toast, granola bar, yogart, cereal, Danish)
