Wir kommen seit fünf Jahren gerne in die Linde. Die Lage am See ist einmalig. Schöner Badestrand nur für Gäste mit eigenem Seezugang. Zwei Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen. Der Service ist erstklassig! Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Schon die Tatsache, dass wir die Mitarbeiter seit vielen Jahren kennen, weil sie jede Saison wieder hier sind spricht für sich…. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service, überall wird versucht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die neuen Klimaanlagen werten die Zimmer nochmal auf. Wir genießen noch unseren Urlaub und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen - spätestens - im Juni 2026

We booked for 6 nights and it was clear the photos were misleading and the service lacking. The hotel needs major investment and Management don’t care. Spoke to the manager who acknowledged the issues and said he couldn’t do anything about it. Suggested we go to a different hotel with good internet, better service, polite staff, that is not badly run down. He said as he agreed with these points he would cover the first 2 nights stay. Then we left as clearly we were not welcome and he charged us for the room and called ahead to our new hotel to put them on notice. Not sure what that achieves as it just confirms management are liars. The manager said he would get our new hotel room upgraded as an apology and did nothing of the sort. This hotel clearly has issues and I just would not waste my time. There are so many hotels that are run professionally with integrity you have no reason to stay at this overpriced excuse for a hotel.

Hotel in Top Lage, schöner Hauseigene Liegewiese direkt am See. Zimmer ok, Bad eine Katastrophe. Dafür nicht einmal 1 Stern würdig. Dusche in der Badewanne, ohne Duschvorhang. Wasser benötigt 10 minuten zum warmwerden. Fliesen beschädigt. Kacheln von 1960. Beide Restaurant hervorragend.

Positiv schöne Ruhige Lage am See Sehr sehr sauber Seebar sehr freundliches Personal, Essen war auch sehr gut. Negativ Schon beim Einchecken lies man uns 10 Minuten stehen, weil man uns lt Rezeptionistin nicht als Gäste Wahrnehmen konnte !? Man ist offenbar nur auf Stammgäste fokussiert. Selten das wir mit anderen Gästen Themen haben, hier aber mehrmals. Bei lärmende Busniess Gästen die noch bis in die Morgenstunden lärmen wird nicht vom Hotel für Ruhe gesorgt. Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal aufmerksamer sein. Es war nicht schlecht aber aufgrund der aufgerufenen hohen Preise werden wir nächstses mal ein anderes Hote wählen.

Сразу оговорюсь, что мы в отеле не отдыхали. Были только на обеде и ужине. В отеле два ресторана, для обоих желательно резервировать, т.к. мест может не быть. Кухня в них тоже разная. Внизу (обед) преимущественно рыба, суши. Наверху австрийская с местным уклоном. Но мы остались довольны в оба раза. Ну и кроме отличной еды, вид тоже радует глаз. Обслуживание тоже радует. Рестораны стоят своих денег.

Tolle Lage direkt am See, das ist allerdings schon das Positive. Ein Hotel ohne jegliche Klimatisierung, Ventilatoren oder ähnliches, ist heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sehr altbacken eingerichtet und könnte die eine oder andere Renovierung gebrauchen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht sehr ansprechend angerichtet und das Angebot und Qualität für so ein Haus hält sich doch sehr in Grenzen. Am schlimmsten aber ist die Wespenplage die den Erholungsfaktor doch deutlich schmälert. Insgesamt ein sehr anonymes Hotel mit nicht gerade freundlichem Personal ohne jeden Wohlfühl Charakter……
