I can't put anything negative, since we have had a very good time, the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the staff was very attentive, I will definitely return

Mala ubicación. Distribución de habitación y espacio pésimo. Además, el responsable o administrador del alojamiento, es irrespetuoso y soberbio. Nos hizo esperar 2h en la calle, siendo que la habitación estaba ya lista, cuestión que el mismo negaba, para querer cobrarnos un suplemento de 10€/hora. También se dedica a cotillear continuamente a los huéspedes por las cámaras, y ello da intranquilidad. Decepción absoluta, no recomendable

Très bien situé car au milieu de l’île de Majorque !
Insonorisation un peu légère pour les sommeils léger.
Point noir pour notre chambre : Toilettes - Douche - Lavabo dans la même pièce mais sans porte pour séparer de la chambre !

Booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed one night as I did not feel safe. There was a party until 02:30 with people running up and down the stairs shouting and laughing. There is no reception here and no security. There is a telephone number which is only located on the ground floor! You are not informed of this before hand. When I found the number the next day and called a voice message said the number was not available and to try later! They had my name wrong on the booking and took no passport details so had no ideal who I was.

Easy check-in, nice facility (upper floor outside), everything comfortable, the environment is local and chilled. Sadly, the often mentioned, noisy, aircon cannot cope with the small enough room. Instead I needed to keep the fan running through the night.
