Ein Familiengeführtes Hotel bei dem es nichts zu bemängeln gibt. Superservice, gute Küche, freundliches Personal und alles super gepflegt. Große Zimmer und toller SPA Bereich. Ein großes Lob und vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft an Familie Kraker und ihr Team.

Sehr schönes Familiäres Hotel direkt an der Skipiste. Herzlicher Empfang, extrem Bemühtes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Ein Highlight ist das Essen, hier ist für jeden was dabei. Regionale Produkte, kulinarischer Hochgenuss. Die Bar lädt am Abend zum verweilen ein.

I was classical walk-in customer without reservation. I was passing by and hotel looked very nice and lively. Perhaps even expensive? I was wrong, it was very reasonable and customer check in was very pleasant. I was even recommended to use hotel spa and pool before it closes at 7.30 pm. Room was new, beatiful and smelled like lovely new wood. Very modern, tidy, I just loved it! And there was free WLAN in the room which is not the case often (and it actually worked too). I took the sauna bath and I was let in even it was close to closing time. I was given a extra key! Sauna section was amazing, the best Finnish Sauna (outside of Finland of course) which I have ever had. Hot enough, all new and stylish. I truly recommed this hotel for vacation, beatiful surroundings, great spot, hotelrooms, food and beverages and most of all; top quality service. Danke schön! Echt eine schöne Hotel, freundliches Personal and supa spa!

Tolles Hotel! Teils modern, teils traditionell, aber vor allem sehr, sehr sauber !!! Die gesamte Famile Kraker, der das Hotel gehört und die es mit viel Liebe und Fleiss führt ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend, nett und hilfsbereit, wie auch ihr gesamtes Personal. Jeden Tag gibt es Köstlichkeiten in 5 Gängen aus Heidis Feinschmeckerküche. Auch Extrawünsche werden erfüllt. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber. Die Massage war hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, traditionell möbliert und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Man hat nicht weit zum Sessellift. Auch ein Skiverleih / Skiservice ist vorhanden.

Urslauerhof wordt gekenmerkt door een geweldige service, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, een uitstekend restaurant, zeer ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Voeg daarbij een fijn zwembad (binnen- en buiten) plus ruime sauna-faciliteiten en dit hotel is werkelijk tòp !

Man merkt es einfach. Ist ein Hotel von einem Konzern oder einer großen Gruppe geführt. Oder kümmert sich eine Inhaberfamilie selbst um ihr Haus. Beim Urslauerhof gilt das Zweite und es tut dem Hotel super gut. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und geborgen. Chefs und Mitarbeiter strahlen echte und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft aus - vom Frühstück bis in die späten Abendstunden an der gut sortierten Bar. Der Wellnessbereich - auf drei Stockwerken - inklusive Innen- und Außenpool bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage direkt am Schilift ist perfekt. Die Kulinarik war sehr gut und wunderbar freundlich serviert. Eine absolute Empfehlung - vor allem auch aufgrund der Freundlichkeit und der echten familiären und geborgenen Atmosphäre, die im Urslauerhof die Menschen ausmachen, die hier ihre Gäste verwöhnen.
