durante il tragitto per visitare wurzburg abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura. premetto che al momento del chek in la camera era aperta e vicino al bollitore vi era solamente una tazza ed una bustina di the tra l'altro stropicciata, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per due persone, la mattina, avendo il check out alle 11:00 siamo usciti verso le 09:20 per effettuare degli acquisti nel supermercato vicino e fare colazione. al nostro rientro ( non erano ancora le 10:00 ), volevamo usufruire del nostro bagno in camera per poi ripartire per il nostro viaggio, ma la camera era aperta, il bagno sottosopra con asciugamani e lenzuoli per terra. l'addetto alle pulizie che arbitrariamente era entrato nella nostra camera ( le chiavi erano ancora in nostro possesso fino al check out delle 11:00 ) non ha saputo dare una spiegazione sensata al perché la nostra stanza fosse stata aperta, tra l'altro avendo ancora oggetti personali all'interno. un comportamento non degno di una struttura che si avvale delle quattro stelle!!!!! abbiamo preferito riconsegnare le chiavi alla reception e andare via, sicuramente i nostri soldi questa struttura non li vedrà più......

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da personale non in grado di parlare in inglese e la comunicazione non è stata agevole. Le fotografie dell'annuncio mostrano una bellissima sauna, che è stato elemento importante nella scelta dell'hotel, tuttavia abbiamo scoperto una volta giunti in struttura che non era praticabile. Le indicazioni per accedere alla sala wellness erano coperte con un foglio bianco e l'area non era agibile.

Great for a short break.
Had a really nice 3 night stay here whilst visiting friends in Wurzburg. The hotel is a very typical German country hotel, immaculately clean with nice staff and comfortable rooms and a slight 'furnished in the 70s' feel, but in a nice way. Weekend breakfast staff were particularly welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk from a footbridge over the river Mein which takes you over to Veitshochheim where there are nice riverfront restaurants and a lovely riverside walk, you can also get the river trip boat from here into Wurzburg.
