Don't miss out on this sunny, bright and airy beach house in Margate City, NJ. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and only a 5-minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants/bars. There's a dog park right around the corner! AC is only a 20-minute drive and the Ocean City boardwalk with lots of rides and fun for the kids, is only 15-mins away! Also, we supply pillows and comforters. Guests are expected to bring all linens and towels. Located on a quiet residential street, there's room for one car in the driveway, with plenty of street parking. Relax on the cozy front porch and watch the sunset or BBQ with your family on the large, breezy side deck. When you enter the front door using your unique key code, you’ll be greeted with a bright and airy great room with comfy reclining couches and two chairs that fold out into cots for additional sleeping. There’s a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen next to the living room, which includes brand new appliances. You’ll find a laundry room on the first floor with brand new washer and dryer. The master bedroom on the first floor has new, comfy king-sized bed and huge ensuite, handicap-accessible master bath with two sinks, a brand new shower, a seat, safety grab bars, and a large whirlpool tub. All 3 bedrooms have spacious closets and the master has a wall-mounted flat screen HD connected TV. The upstairs features a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle. The home also includes high speed internet/wifi and premium cable channels in the living area. You’ll find a propane gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture set on the side deck, as well as access to the shed for storage. Bring your bikes! Plenty of beach chairs and 8 beach tags are provided for your short walk to the beach. We have some boogie boards available, as well! Let us know if you're local and would like a tour!
